I drove all the way out to sunrise mall because I thought it would be less busy. There are hundreds of phone repair shops In the Sacramento area to choose from but I figured we could mess around in the mall while it was getting fixed. Before I went in: front camera didn't work Mic didn't work unless on Bluetooth Crack on screen Now: Phone shuts on and off Front/back camera doesn't work Mic won't work at all No crack on screen (why not contact me before fixing the screen..the phone is useless without mic) Hours and hours of my life wasted waiting $124 spent He spent a lot of time working on my phone and he is nice. I went back and forth to the sunrise mall 3 times. I wanted to take the phone somewhere else after the first time, but the phone now has even more issues so I had to take back to him so he could fix the issues he caused. If you put new parts in a phone but the parts don't work...put the old parts back in. You can't keep new parts in and charge for them. If you can't fix the phone just say I can't do it...refund my money and let's all move on. read more

BUYER BEWARE - Too bad I didn't check Fedi's review on 8/24/17 4/12/18 and 6/14/19. I went to Sunrise Mall on 2/13/23 and noticed there was a phone repair shop in the middle of this mall. I asked what he would charge to replace my screen protector and if he could to it while I waited. After him describing what screen protector options were available, I opted for the 3D Tempered glass on which he said is the best and paid him $20 which probably cost him 1-2 dollars. On 3-21-23 since I noticed there were 2 areas where the edges were deteriorating and went back to him to replace it since it was defective and only 6 weeks since he originally replaced it. He said there would be a $10 charge if I wanted it replaced or 50% of his original charge. I let him know that was ludicrous and he (Fedi the owner of the business) refused to repair it at no charge and said that they are not guaranteed. The receipt does not have anything on it stating that nor did he inform me there was no guarantee when he originally replaced it. (see a copy of the receipt below). Any legitimate business would have gladly replaced this defective template after being only 6 weeks old. My advice is to stay away from this business especially with expensive electronic phones. In fact under his Yelp listing it states, "Fast repair service, 12 month's warranty on all replacement parts." This guy is a crook and guarantees nothing. read more

After going to the Apple Store where I was told there was nothing I could do except pay for a new phone, and a competitor up the street who recommended a third party to replace my "chips" I stumbled upon this shop in sunrise mall. He said to give him thirty minutes to diagnose the problem and come back. My phone ended up needing a replacement battery, after being told all day there was nothing I could do Fedi fixed my phone in less than an hour. And for under 50 bucks. I will be returning to him for all my iPhone repairs in the future and would highly recommend him to all my friends in need of an honest and logical cell phone repair. Buyer beware -- Dr. Riing sells deficient, defective products, and doesn't stand behind them. I bought a tempered glass screen protector for my daughter's new phone (a Galaxy S9) on Thursday, and by Sunday evening the screen protector was cracked just from being carried in my daughter's purse. Unfortunately, my daughter left town this morning, so we couldn't return the screen protector for replacement. When I called Dr. Riing to ask for a refund on the defective product, he refused to give it. So, don't buy anything here for someone who doesn't live nearby -- you may end up throwing your money away for a defective product that will have to be replaced elsewhere. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with!! They sell complete garbage screen protectors and will not return the horrible product they sold. I bought a screen protector, supposedly the best one they had for my Galaxy S8 and 3 days later it was lifting . Went here to get a hands free device. He boxed up the floor model, even though we paid full price which meant we didn't get the instructions or anything. It wouldn't stick to the dash like the guy claimed it would. We went to bring it back and they gave us a sticky thing for the bottom, assuring us that that would make it stick to the dash... it didn't. The part that holds your phone was so weak my phone fell out of it. We the went back and asked for a refund, he refused stating "This isn't Walmart or a chain stores we don't do that." Just had an awesome experience with Fedi at Dr Riing in Sunrise Mall. My IPhone 6 had accumulated pocket lint and the charge port struggled to connect to a charger. If I could do zero stars I would!!! I went there to get my screen repaired and i left with 4 different things wrong with my phone!!! My touch ID no longer works, my speaker doesn't work so I cant hear anything when I call/people call me, facetime no longer works something with the camera, and the brightness is so much different. I got my iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced here. They did an amazing job! Great service! They advices me to put a temper glass and a really protective case around my phone as well. And after a while I dropped my phone again and their tips and products saved my screen. They have really great products and excellent customer service! I only get my phones fixed from Fedy at Dr. Riing. He is a master at repairing iPhones, so you should always check with him even before even making an insurance claim. He might be able to fix your problem for less than the deductible. They are very fast and very professional. They have fixed many an iphone for me while I did some quick shopping. For example, my daughter had an iPhone 4S when they were pretty new and dropped it from the top of a roller coaster over 200 feet in the air to the pavement. The phone was totally trashed but vibrated when I plugged the charger in. They fixed the phone when it looked like a piece of smashed glass and metal. Seriously, he can probably fix your cracked screen in a lot less time than you thought possible and for less money than the competition. Does good work with fair price but uses cheap LCD screens and digitizers. Had him replace first screen he installed because I noticed it looked dim and not as crisp as my original screen. Second LCD screen he installed was still dim but I decided to keep it. The digitizer can't recognize my finger inputs 25% of time and can't recognize two fingers at once. So I can't play certain games now. Although he did a good job installing and being informative, I'm just displeased in the products he uses to repair the screen. read more

I went to Dr.doing a few weeks ago to try to get my ctacked screen repaired. Fedi the guy who works here put a new screen on my phone but it did not work so he put my old one back on until he could order a new one. When he got the new one he gave us a call and told us the screen cam in and that we could take the phone over to him.
