Outstanding service and excellent value. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work was exceptional. After comparing several repair shops, this was clearly the best choice. The staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I'm very impressed with the results and completely satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of reliable electronic repairs and will definitely return in the future. Thank you! read more

I had my screen replaced here. I had to have my screen fixed 3 times here and each time was disappointing. The first 2x it was glitching and had a blurry camera on the screen side. The third time I came they said they would try a different brand screen. My screen was very dark, slow and low quality. I even paid for the highest quality screen. I do not recommend, go else where. *update to her response: as for the offered refund - when I called to let her know the problem with the last replacement she told me she cannot replace my screen again because it is losing her too much money to replace it again. That she can just give me a refund. I said how? She said she has to find my old screen in frustration. How is that possible? So you would put my old broken screen back on my phone for a refund? But have to look for my screen? read more

Cellairis seriously did such a good job on my phone. I went in for a screen protector and they put it on perfectly -- no bubbles, no dust, nothing crooked. It looks so clean. They were super quick and really nice, and you can tell they actually know what they're doing. Honestly the best experience I've had getting anything done to my phone. Highly recommend them! Karim is seriously so good at his job and the kindest worker I've ever met!!!!!!!!! read more

I contacted Mary at Cellairis requesting information on replacing the charging port and battery on my iPhone 13 mini. She provided reasonable pricing for battery replacement and mentioned that it was likely all my charging port needed was a good cleaning. The turnaround time was going to be quick, so I headed over right away. Mary was amazing! The first thing she did was inspect my charging port. Sure enough, it just needed a good cleaning. There was no need for a charging port replacement, which was a huge relief. Then she pulled up my battery health and showed me that it was at 87%. She said that is still a really good number, and so replacing my battery likely wasn't necessary at this time. She encouraged me to give it more time before making that investment. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Mary's honesty and kindness. She even gave some helpful tips for charging my phone to help extend its life. Thank you so much Mary! I will definitely be back when it is time to replace the battery and for any other repairs. I have already recommended you to my family. read more

My son had the unfortunate event of having a blank screen on his iPad while still fully functional... sounds, alerts and all. After doing multiple restores to no avail...we decided to give it one last shot before calling it a loss and took it to Emon @ Cellairis in Roseville Galleria Mall. So glad we did, he was able to fix it for a quarter of the price of buying a whole new one, talk about winning. read more

It's no wonder this place has amazing reviews! Best service ever!! The store hours on maps said it closed at 9:30 pm. I arrived at 8 and apparently the whole mall was just closing. But the kind man there still fixed my broken phone screen in a matter of minutes!! I was so grateful. He even threw in a free screen protector and case for me when he saw mine was falling apart. What a kind human!! Def made my night. This place is 45 minutes from where I live but I would drive over here again if I need a phone fixed! read more

They were very nice and fixed my lens quickly while I shopped. It was worth getting it fixed here versus paying for a new phone with my phone insurance. read more

My daughter's Series 4 Apple Watch needed a new battery and this place offered the best price and customer service in the mall. Other places wanted to either charge a ridiculous amount or simply advised to buy a new watch. We also had a shattered phone screen replaced a while back and it was a great experience as well. We recommend! read more

My IPhone XS Max Pro came back from the dead!!! My son not only dropped it from a 5 foot ledge but it landed in a puddle of water. I had made the ill fated mistake of not getting the hardware insurance on my phone plan and both Apple and AT&T said that they could not do anything about it and I had to purchase a whole new phone. Luckily we had an older IPhone 8 phone that was not in use to replace my son's phone. I was walking by Cellairis booth at the Roseville Galleria on my way to Macy's when I asked if I can get Cellairis gentlemen to open my son's phone so that my son can use the dead phone as a learning moment on electronics. I asked the folks in the counter if I can just get them to open it and they said they can diagnose it for $25 before I decide to call it quits and if they can get it to work apply the diagnoses to the repair of the phone. Since I couldn't get either Apple or AT&T to open it, I figure I might as well pay the $25 for my son to learn about the insides of electronics. After 20 mins, Cellairis texted me to say they fixed my son's phone and also fixed the shattered glass as well!!! After only an hour's worth of work while I ate lunch with my son!! I am excited they saved a very expensive phone when I had lost all hope!!! On top of that, both gentlemen were super nice from start to finish!!! Great Service and Great Skills!!! read more

Eamun is the man. I was shopping with friends and my phone stopped working, so I stopped by his stall and asked if he could help with a quick diagnostic. Turned out that the screen was totally dead. Asked these guys if they could replace my battery in my Pixel 3 (garbage phone) and was told they would order the battery and it would be three to ten days. Called back three days later to check in. Was told they'd call me back in five minutes. Nothing for the rest of the day. Called again the next day. Told me they lost my number that they repeated back to me when I gave it to them. Then I was told they didn't even order the battery, that they were out of stock, and I would have to wait three to ten days AFTER they get a new supply from their distributor. Wasted three days of my time that I could have spent chasing down someone who can repair my phone without making me wait for weeks. Not impressed at all. read more

Eamun Forghany replaced a battery in my S6 at Cellairis. His 7 years of experience assured a quality job. He cleaned the charging port and the selfie lens and the cover. He was bright and positive in all aspects. It was a rare pleasure to have this kind of professional service. If he works on your phone, you can expect the best service. Best of luck to him. Cellairis is lucky to have such a great employee. Thanks Eamun!! read more

Called this business first and Eamun gave me a quote over the phone after I described my phone issue. After calling other well established businesses, either they had to order the part or was way off as far as price. This guy quoted me a price that was too good to be true. Must be a catch, I thought. Went to the kiosk he was at in the Roseville Galleria Mall and the guy was personable and remembered my call. Half an hour later, the battery was replaced and I was off and running again. I walked the mall and there were three other phone repair kiosks and they had zero customers. Come to find out, there was no catch. He quotes you a price and that is parts and labor and no hidden fees. Eamun had customers when I arrived and more when I picked up the phone. This guy has the answers and price when it comes to phone repairs. Save yourself time by calling him first. Highly recommend. read more

Amazing service, & super fast and efficient! Eamun made my phone feel like it was brand new. My screen was all cracked and messed up and my phone case was beat up. He made my screen like new, and on top of that I got a new phone case as well. There were so many options and the cases also felt very sturdy so I felt my phone was well protected if I were to drop it! Will definitely be going back for any future needs! read more

I've been wanting to buy some camera lens protectors for my iPhone 14 Pro, but haven't seen any to match my purple phone. I took a chance yesterday while walking and asked the sales associate if they had any. Mary said they carried the purple ones!! It was perfect. While I waited for her to expertly install each cover over each camera, she actually found that my camera lens on my 0.5 wide camera was cracked!!!! I had no idea and thought it was a scratch this entire time! She told me about the repair process, the price, and the warranty. I had her replace it right then and there. It took less than an hour (which gave me time to shop around). When I came back, she tested the camera out just to make sure everything was still working the way it should. If anything were to happen with the new lens, she let me know about the warranty. All I need to do is hold on to the receipt, which makes sense. It's their way of keeping record that I had the repair done with them and not somewhere else. After confirming the repair was great, then she finally got to install the camera protector rings. She's such a pro, and she took care of my phone as though it was her own. That really was reassuring and made me feel like their team cares about their customers and the products they work on. I definitely will be back here for any future repairs on any of my other devices. This was way better than going to Apple. read more

I needed to give these guys a review. They have never let me down on a repair and I really appreciate the honesty. If something's not worth it they never try and push anything on you. They just give the honest truth and always do their best on any repair. The main guy there Eamun is very knowledgeable and I can tell he has a lot of experience. Not only that he had a great personality, not like most tech repair spots I've gone to. If you need anything repaired for all your tech needs I highly recommend Cellairis and especially by Eamun. read more
