I had my screen replaced here. I had to have my screen fixed 3 times here and each time was disappointing. The first 2x it was glitching and had a blurry camera on the screen side. The third time I came they said they would try a different brand screen. My screen was very dark, slow and low quality. I even paid for the highest quality screen. I do not recommend, go else where. *update to her response: as for the offered refund - when I called to let her know the problem with the last replacement she told me she cannot replace my screen again because it is losing her too much money to replace it again. That she can just give me a refund. I said how? She said she has to find my old screen in frustration. How is that possible? So you would put my old broken screen back on my phone for a refund? I contacted Mary at Cellairis requesting information on replacing the charging port and battery on my iPhone 13 mini. She provided reasonable pricing for battery replacement and mentioned that it was likely all my charging port needed was a good cleaning. The turnaround time was going to be quick, so I headed over right away. Mary was amazing! The first thing she did was inspect my charging port. Sure enough, it just needed a good cleaning. There was no need for a charging port replacement, which was a huge relief. Then she pulled up my battery health and showed me that it was at 87%. She said that is still a really good number, and so replacing my battery likely wasn't necessary at this time. She encouraged me to give it more time before making that investment. My IPhone XS Max Pro came back from the dead!!! My son not only dropped it from a 5 foot ledge but it landed in a puddle of water. I had made the ill fated mistake of not getting the hardware insurance on my phone plan and both Apple and AT&T said that they could not do anything about it and I had to purchase a whole new phone. Luckily we had an older IPhone 8 phone that was not in use to replace my son's phone. I was walking by Cellairis booth at the Roseville Galleria on my way to Macy's when I asked if I can get Cellairis gentlemen to open my son's phone so that my son can use the dead phone as a learning moment on electronics. I asked the folks in the counter if I can just get them to open it and they said they can diagnose it for $25 before I decide to call it quits and if they can get it to work apply the diagnoses to the repair of the phone. Since I couldn't get either Apple or AT&T to open it, I figure I might as well pay the $25 for my son to learn about the insides of electronics. After 20 mins, Cellairis texted me to say they fixed my son's phone and also fixed the shattered glass as well!!! After only an hour's worth of work while I ate lunch with my son!! Then I was told they didn't even order the battery, that they were out of stock, and I would have to wait three to ten days AFTER they get a new supply from their distributor. I've been wanting to buy some camera lens protectors for my iPhone 14 Pro, but haven't seen any to match my purple phone. I took a chance yesterday while walking and asked the sales associate if they had any. Mary said they carried the purple ones!! It was perfect. While I waited for her to expertly install each cover over each camera, she actually found that my camera lens on my 0.5 wide camera was cracked!!!! I had no idea and thought it was a scratch this entire time! She told me about the repair process, the price, and the warranty. I had her replace it right then and there. It took less than an hour (which gave me time to shop around). When I came back, she tested the camera out just to make sure everything was still working the way it should. If anything were to happen with the new lens, she let me know about the warranty. All I need to do is hold on to the receipt, which makes sense. It's their way of keeping record that I had the repair done with them and not somewhere else. After confirming the repair was great, then she finally got to install the camera protector rings. She's such a pro, and she took care of my phone as though it was her own. That really was reassuring and made me feel like their team cares about their customers and the products they work on.
