Took over an hour. When I came back to pick it up, the home button didn't work. He tried to make it seem like I had brought it in like that but I told him that everything was working fine aside from the screen being cracked. He then took it back to try and "fix" and said it would be another 15-20 mins. Came back and the button still was working right. Then he tried to replace the button with an after market button.
