I've dropped off several Amazon returns and UPS packages at this UPS Store location. I'm always greeted when I enter the store. If there is a line, they always say "Thank you for waiting or Sorry for the wait." Very friendly and quick service! They also provide notary service and copying service. Easy to find parking. 4/28/26 this was the busiest I've ever seen this location. People dropping off Amazon package. One lady had a lot of packages she was mailing. somebody needed notary service. Neha Layal was trying to do everything but the Amazon drop off she was training Jagdish for Amazon return and she was handling everything else there was probably about six people in line when I got in line and people were steadily coming in to drop off Amazon returns there was only two people working. I think they did an excellent job everybody in there seemed to be understanding, I didn't hear anybody complain. I prefer this location cause they are very helpful. I've never had a problem with staff they always been professional and courteous and have always help me. Today I had the worst experience with this UPS location and their customer services calls. The manager (an Indian woman) was helping me, I asked for one of the packages to add on a signature or have the receiver pick up the package at their local UPS store. The manager said they can't add it on and that I had to pay for a NEW shipping label with those additional services! That didn't seem true bc I remember adding on "pick up" after paying for postage fees couple of years ago and it cost me like $7. She wanted me to pay for a whole new label which is $94 plus the pick up fee $7. So she wanted me to pay like an extra $100. I've already paid to ship it, why can't I just add on the pick up fee? That didn't make any sense. You think it'll be that simple and easy. Other shipping services let you do that. I was telling her that can't be the only option but she rudely insisted there isn't. I'm the only one in the store so she could've taken the time to find another solution instead she gave me the customer service number. I called it and the guy on the phone said SHE HAD to be the to do that. I went back into the store asking him to repeat what he said to me to the manager. He told the manager that she can do it and she asked how can she add it on. As the guy was giving we her instructions he soon retracted it! The manager had an "so over it" attitude to the customer service guy. Bc of that he retracted what he said. I'm on speaker and the store is packed. Oh boy do I feel embarrassed. The customer service guy then told her that I'm the one who had to do it. So the manger and CS agent wasn't well trained enough to give me that correct answer in the first place that would've saved us all 30 minutes. Turns out it's only the sender or the receiver that can add on those additional service through their website. And behold, it costs $7!!! So yea there was another cheap option that the rude attitude manager did not know! She is the manger, how did she not know. Instead her mission was to make me feel stupid. Did not have to buy a whole new label. But what's so confusing is that why do I have to do it on my own time when I'm already at the store with the manger who could've just add on that service?? It would be faster and easier. Cut to me at home calling the customer service line to report the manager. The customer service lady right off was also rude like wtf is wrong with UPS employees? She cut me off multiple of times, over spoke, yelled at me, and I had to yell back. Mind you it's only been two minutes talking to this rude lady. I asked her to hear me out bc I barely told her what happened. She hung up. I called again and this new customer service lady was also, yes you guessed it, RUDE!! Before I started telling her about the manger, I apologized in advance if my tone comes off rude bc I had three bad experiences with UPS recently and just wanted to be heard without interruption. She immediately criticized my verbiage and saying she doesn't like how I talked. I tried to explain to her that I had multiple bad experiences so I had the right to feel upset. She didn't want to hear it and instead rambled on about how I wasn't conducting myself properly. Yall I work in customer service too and the first thing corporate taught us was to hear out the customer's experience. Doesn't matter if they're right or wrong, they just need to be heard. Instead I'm listening to how this agent complaining about my voice. I had to hang up bc I'm not calling to be verbally abused. Lastly called again and this time an agent named LaGayle was much more understanding. She listened to my experience with the manager, the two previous agents, and she let me be angry. Even tho LaGayle was very understanding and opened an investigation with that manger and the two agents, I don't think I'll do business with UPS. Yea I hear that all the time at my job but four bad experiences with UPS within an hour doesn't seem correct. As an average customer you have to be literate with UPS in store services (at this location be more literate than the manger) or show up to the store looking like an idiot and be treated like one too. I'm not using UPS no more and would rather use an unreliable shipping service like FedEx bc at least they are nice. It doesn't cost anyone to be nice but apparently another $94 plus $7 pick up fee to be mean. read more

Wow! Talk about the best customer service- this is the place. My Wi-Fi does not work in their store and they're always willing to take their time and then they help box up items and never get frustrated! There's always a line of people, but they do not rush anyone. They help guide them! I am so thankful for the man who is currently working tonight! He is so patient and thorough. If you are you sending to Mexico , I would not recommend using this business. My package was opened and the most valuable items were stolen, the package was then "taped" back together. The shipping fee was not refunded, as they marked it as "shipped requested item to be returned" when I did not ask for that. First time and last time I ever come HERE! they do not take responsibility for customers items. read more

Great convenient location. Nice staff. I usually just come here to drop off prelabeled items. I dock a star off because of some experiences where I walk in and there's only one worker during business hours. Line can get pretty long. What's worse is if the customer has some issues with documents and has nothing to do with packages. This location needs the drop-off kiosk ASAP, that would make your customers and staff happy. Since my last review about being a good solid UPS store but at the time the staff were not wearing masks, I just wanted to give an update that the facility has started wearing masks and practicing Covid-19 protocols on a stricter basis. I had stated that we didn't feel comfortable on returning, but we had to utilize them a few more times because they are very conveniently located to my neighborhood. I was happy and relieved to see they stepped it up. The staff are always polite, helpful, friendly and efficient during the times we have patronized them, so I'm glad to update my review and increase their star rating. I went to this UPS store on January 30th and wanted to share what an OUTSTANDING experience this was !! I needed a notary public to notarize a power of attorney form for me and the customer service level was beyond incredible! They treat their customers as welcome guests and I have never felt so comfortable in this type of store . Mandy was the assistant manager/cashier/notary republic and offers exemplary customer service . I also observed how return customers are treated and how comfortable they make everybody else feel. I highly recommend this store as second to none when it comes to this type of store . I will definitely return to this location anytime I need any of the services they offer . Clerk was very rude and not trying to help but trying selling me unnecessary supplies and told me go and do business somewhere else, I came only for drop off package prepaid, and I walked out with package he turned me off, very shameful. Customer service is priority, but not for that place Not friendly staff. Don't go there. Other ups store takes without a question, their suggestions was very rude and disrespectful, other store is so helpful and nice. And by the way that was not first time issue with this staff, just first time I put comment on their service, definitely I'll be doing business in other stores not this one! Went to pick up a package... I know the COVID-19 has everyone a little buggy but ummmmm calm down. Walked in the site behind a older lady and right away I hear "whoa I have too many people inside the store the last 3 people who came in step out" ooooookay okay. Ummm tone it down a few. I was in a hurry on a Saturday, needed to get a package returned to amazon due to having received the item broken. I read reviews of several UPS stores and most said they had a terrible time trying to get a prepaid rerun package sent out. (I am assuming it's because the store makes no money on the item). Which made me very uncomfortable about how I would be able to get my package returned with a minimum of fuss. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to walk into this UPS store and see a gentleman with a smile on his face asking how he could help me. I told him I had a return package from Amazon and they told me to take it to a UPS store and they could print out a label for me (my printer had run out of ink!). He said yes I can do that for you no problem! it took all of a minute from the time I walked in to when he handle me a receipt of the label and said have a great day! read more

Who likes going to the Post Office and waiting 1 hour in line only to be greeted with a grumpy person at the counter every single time? Not me..... Instead, I go to the UPS store specifically this one for any shipping needs. The folks who run this have probably the best customer service I have seen. They are honest and straight to the point but at the same time courteous and kind. They are always upbeat and always welcoming. I came by this location to drop off a package that I need to return. The staff there was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Sometimes people who are busy in the front don't really care to let the customers know that they are a bit busy and will be right with them once they get the chance. The two employees in there who were helping other customers greeted me and told me that they are sorry for making me wait and let me know that they will be with me as soon as possible. I really appreciate that. Once I got to them, they greeted me again with a smile, did what they needed to do, and got me out within a couple of minutes. Amazing customer service. When I walked in, Mandy was cleaning the up the store and immediately stopped to greet and assist me. I was sending back my old iPhone after having just received my new one in the mail. Having a lack of knowledge and trouble with the old SIM card/reset situation, AJ came out and assisted.. may I add - much more helpful than the Verizon Store reps themselves when I went in there to have the phones switched over as they didn't even do that (they actually just sent me home and told me turn my phone on there & connect to WiFi).
