This is a top business in any category you could work with. I have worked with them on a few different projects. The quality, end result, and service always comes out better than you would even hope for. I recently worked with Clay on a small project (sign for office door). I sent one email of how I would like it to look, and of course, it came out better than I expected. The kicker is, when they scheduled the work to be completed, I asked to copy the person who handles our company finance to arrange payment, and he said there is no need as they would be "comping" it since it was a small job and they would be using another job's leftover material (or something like that). I am not advocating or saying that they will give away something for free, but seriously, who does that. What an awesome, loyal, caring - and an example of what we are missing today - a human touch. I recently got a Mini Cooper for my cake business and wanted to get it wrapped to advertise. During the process of doing research on the cost of it, I realized it was not an option. I contacted these guys and found I could do decal instead and it was within my budget. The process of designing went smoothly and they were patient with my demands of what I wanted. Once the design was finalized, the job was done quickly. I dropped my car off at 9am and got it back by noon. When I got it back, OMG I was amazed! The quality of work and how professional it looks is better than I could ever Imagine. I've only driving the vehicle twice and I have already gotten an increase in inquires and booked jobs. I made an appointment and met with a designer, at first they told me they wouldn't be able to reprint the wallpaper border I had, then he changed his mind and went to work on it. He told me it would be a couple of weeks which was fine. 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything back so I emailed and I was told the designer would get back to me. A week later still nothing so I emailed again and this time was completely ignored. I guess the printing was not a big enough job for them to be bothered with so they didn't. I would have rather they were honest instead of being treated like I didn't matter. read more

Very frustrated I tried to first order a banner for my new shop week and half before we opened Clay assured me that it would only take a few day's well those few day's cane and went with me calling nearly on a daily basis and the only thing I got from him a couple day's before opening was a draft of what it would look like. Since it was to close to opening to have the coming soon banner untold him to just proceed with the actual sign. So I sent over Measurements for the sign and just asked for one small detail for the color to be changed a bit. He said no problem that he would send me a price quote well that never happened. Called time after time to find out about price and when I could have my sign's with no results. Now I totally understand about being busy and that is wonderful but customer service and follow up is also very important. So.with that said I am forced to go elsewhere for my sign and have to start all over again. read more
