They told me it would be quick, which caused me to be late picking up my son--then I come back and both employees are gone on a 1.5-hour lunch break at the same time. That alone is unacceptable. When they finally returned, I was told they were "waiting on my graphic," which clearly wasn't true. To make matters worse, they messed up my hat--the lettering is barely visible and looks rushed and unprofessional. I asked for a refund, and instead of taking accountability, they offered a "discount next time." There won't be a next time. Save your money and go somewhere that respects your time and does quality work.
