I had a terrible experience at iCustom. I went in to get a graphic pressed on a shirt and hat, and they completely mismanaged my time. They told me it would be quick, which caused me to be late picking up my son--then I come back and both employees are gone on a 1.5-hour lunch break at the same time. That alone is unacceptable. When they finally returned, I was told they were "waiting on my graphic," which clearly wasn't true. To make matters worse, they messed up my hat--the lettering is barely visible and looks rushed and unprofessional. I asked for a refund, and instead of taking accountability, they offered a "discount next time." There won't be a next time. Save your money and go somewhere that respects your time and does quality work. read more

Called them as soon as they opened to ask a bunch of question and the person who answered was so helpful. The kiosk was easy to find in the mall. Price is shown clearly. The person working it was super kind and patient. Process is easy. Email them the photo/s and then they'll go from there. I was able to get this amazing custom shirt in less than an hour or so. Total was $60 for one large shirt with two large photos on it front and back. Can't wait to go back to get another shirt made! read more

Don't order online expecting for pick up on the date you requested I went in their website paid for my custom shirt and placed my order expecting it to be done at a certain time which is what their website stated they can do ! I went to their spot at south land mall and I asked for my order they had no clue what my order was?! and the guy I spoke to was a dick he was trying to act all high and mighty and annoyed that I wanted it at a certain time he huffs his breath and says "hmmfh it takes time !.. Cool place if you want to get a custom shirt for yourself or to give as a special gift without having to buy in bulk. Reasonably priced and convenient as you can get the same day! I'm sure it varies based on how busy they are and quantity. If you have a custom design, be sure to have them show you the colors available before getting your item printed. I had designed a shirt (just lettering) for two friends for their upcoming nuptials. I picked black shirts and thought they could accommodate the colors I had in my design but I believe they have limited colors and should've asked what the options were. Like various shades of purple, green etc as it would've made a difference as far as WOW factor. Overall, I'm happy as it's convenient, quick (took about 2 hours) as they had orders ahead of me. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and friendly but a slight language barrier (maybe just me) in the beginning about colors and suggested black lettering on white shirts...uh no. So I went there to get a custom design on the back of a shirt I brought in. The guy quoted one price and when I came to pick up my shirt quoted a higher price. He was charging other individuals for front and back less than what I quoted, for just the back of shirt. He tried to argue that he stated that price from the beginning and said he used quality material and that the shirt was perfect!!! Far from it!!! The owner is cool but the service is trash and the quality of work changes depending on who is making your stuff. I get the same sweaters made each time and every time they make me send another email with all photos and then I have to tell them how to create it even though I brought in the original sweater. Today I am paying a different price for the same sweater that i had made in October. Lastly I get to the mall before it opens each time and they give me an eta of 30mins for the sweaters to be made and on average it takes two hours, it the owner Sam is there then things are ok but if he's not don't waste your time. We originally came in on Saturday. I had showed the design to the gentleman and he indicated to bring a png file. I went home and edited the logo and created a png file. We dropped the hats off on Sunday. We were told to come back in 45 minutes. Then when we came back we're told 15-25 more minutes two more times. We finally said we will just come back tomorrow (Monday) and asked if it will be ready at opening. We were told yes. My boyfriend arrived at 11:30-12pm, the hats were not done. He had to wait a bit longer. When he received the hat, one of the logos on the hats was off centered (below). And a eyelash on the other was missing (which was then fixed). We now have to buy new hats and take it to another establishment. The lack of understanding that you as a business owner have is unbelievable. When you tell a customer it will be ready by opening the next day, then you should keep that word. You have our number and could have called at anytime to say that you need more time; but rather you rushed the product and made it less then par. Calling a customer "rude" due to your company's lack of professionalism is just ridiculous. Plus, you were not there on Sunday to hear or see the full story. We were beyond nice and understanding. If you couldn't fulfill the set date (by your associate) then call and say that. But do not tell me he is "rude" and not look into the communication that was relayed to us. read more

I asked if I could come the next day. It cost $180.00. I went back the next day took my shirts home and was disappointed that he told me he could do what I asked but that's not what I got. I decided to come here to get shirts and hoodies made for a good friend who passed away and I had his face put on it and then I went back to have the writing added. The staff did not understand anything I was saying and the placement of what I was trying to put on the hoodies I had to come there every day for 5 days and they lost some of the hoodies and when they re made them they did not use the same resolution when making the photo on the hoodie and they did mess up on placement of the dates and placement of the writing on the hood they still called me several times because they still did not understand I paid way to much money for their mess ups I did end up with some hoodies that were not fixed because I could not take it any more. Stopped in at Southland Mall while stranded in Hayward CA for a couple days. Saw the kiosk and all the product they offered and have always wanted a shirt to espouse my religious views. So I went for it! They didn't have polo shirts, although there was a price for them on their product list...so I went shopping. When I returned the staff was ready for me. I asked for a Leviathan's Cross; he had no idea but let me Google it on his computer. Picked out the image I wanted, he made some suggestions for a for the message I wanted, was very patient as I stumbled through them all. He was extremely helpful. He out up a design for me to see and had it finished in under a half hour...and he was busy! He finally had some help come in and presented me with my shirt.
