This is a 5 star company. I had a small job I needed embroidered and they came through. They replied to my job request ,that I filled out on their website, within 24 hours of my sending it. Grouch (yes, that's his name) couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. But he wasn't the only one. Everyone I spoke to was easy to work with Kind and very professional . They are flexible and patient with you. They have great pricing and costumer service. They do great work. I was looking for custom crewneck sweatshirts with a short 10 working day turnaround time - and on top of that it was for a smaller order (12 pieces). I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get anything in my budget and on time. But Brand Marinade came through! I contacted 10+ vendors on Yelp across the Bay Area and I was so lucky to find a vendor locally in San Leandro. To have something so close by, good on price and willing to work with times and fast quotes was a godsend! They even redid my png artwork to AI with a custom font. Final product was perfect and as expected. Couldn't be happier! read more

Brand Marinade did an amazing job on Hoodies for my son's school Jazz Band as a fundraiser. They were a pleasure to work with, cleaned up my artwork and hooked us up with the softest hoodies ever. They also do so much local community outreach. I like knowing I'm supporting a company who cares about our community. read more

You need a T-shirt, a coffee mug for your new start up, or an E-40 greeting card; sure you could order all that from some large cookie cutter company but will the people entrusted with your order be down AF? Will they be cool as hell? Will they make sure it is done right? Will they be sick with it Bay Area real ones who understand that the product they produce for you better be hella dope or else?! BrandMarinade is the real deal with real people. I've ordered shirts for teacher conferences, graduation hoodies, custom made gifts, and AND a super fresh E40 greeting card. I recommend them to everyone all the time. It's simple: they get to work on your order right away and they deliver when they say they will, it's a flash back to when small business cares about their customers. A couple years ago I ordered 200 hoodies for an 8th grade graduation, somehow there was a name missing from the hoodie, still may have been my fault (but don't bring it up) - they quickly shipped us a new batch, 200 hoodies, free of charge - "We didn't want the kids to not have their graduation swag". That type of commitment to customer service is a lost art and because of that, my friends and I only order from Brand Marinade! Support local. Support the Bay Area. #41510 read more

Always a pleasure working with Brand Marinade. I picked up my last order expecting major eye roll from the shop since I was so wishy washy with my design and order. Jeremey and crew were super patient and went above and beyond to get my order right and printed incredibly fast. I love how they support other small businesses and stand by their quality. Looking forward to future business with the shop and know I can always depend on them for a top notch product. read more

I think if you love being ignored you should definitely call these folks! Also, if you love being embarrassed by their behavior when you recommend them to a friend, they are really great at not being consistent. I wouldn't be this sarcastic or caustic in my review if I hadn't seen their tomfoolery firsthand. My friend was given their info on recommendation from two other clients that were also friends of Jeremy's. Perhaps they only service their pals consistently, I'm not sure. After going over the order for T-shirts and stickers several times, shown mock ups of the final products, and being assured that all her requests were logged and totally doable, she received faulty product. The colors and print quality were inconsistent, some too saturated, some colors missing, the images skewed. The stickers did not have her website information for promotional use, as requested, and they were packaged in a rubber band that crushed and wrinkled them. Now, this would not even be an issue if they had responded to her follow-up email. She very politely asked what could be done about it. She was willing to keep the few shirts that had come out okay and sell them, but she couldn't sell the stickers because they were destroyed and lacking information, so she requested a refund. No response. I'm not sure if they decided to ignore quality control and all her requests because they had waived a fee in the beginning during set up as a thank you for the referral, but if so, don't give discounts if your work will be half as good. It's impressive how much they insisted they cared and now, when the actual responsibility of maintaining business relationships is upon them, they crawl under a paint can and hide. Now she has to let her friends know that their word on this company is no good and that's an annoying and wickedly uncomfortable position to be in when this could have been resolved professionally, or, initially they had admitted that the requests were just too difficult for them to fulfill. Learning a bit of communication, organization, and forth- rightness would do them a world of good. So please flush $2000 down the toilet if you really want to order from them and have zero accountability when the caca arrives on your doorstep. Also, I hope you have way better luck if you do choose to order and this is a fluke, I truly do wish you a complete and perfect order as promised. Maybe they lost the shop in a fire or other emergency, and that caused them to stop communication and now I'm a real asshole. ‍ Hopefully someone can reach out and say, hey, we're swamped, but we're going to make this right ASAP. Do the bare minimum, I swear it works better than nothing. read more

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. When asked about a product they produced for an Instagram person, enjajaja, I was told in multiple emails that it had shipped then it had not shipped. Then the truth came out which they would not address, money was collected for a product that had not been produced. A month later, no product and when I said that I would file a dispute with paypal, I was called a thief. All done by I'm guessing their one customer service rep , chris. Needless to say, we never recieved the product and they do not answer their phone for complaints If you are looking for a company to rep your brand and print it, go elsewhere. read more

Brand Marinade's team did an excellent job working with our Corporate Branding department to deliver a custom logo for a work project at PG&E. It took a lot of back and forth and the Brand Marinade team kept at it to ensure we delivered a compliant product that the whole team enjoyed. Once the design was set, the shirts and hats were delivered early which allowed us to get them out to the crews before they went back to their separate offices saving us some money and a lot of time! When I ordered face masks from them, the customer service was impeccable. My emailed questions were responded to immediately. But, when I asked them how to return the face masks because they were too small, and we couldn't use them, all I received was silence. I have emailed this request three times to no avail. The WORST customer service I have encountered in years! Don't give this company your business. read more

I am a teacher at a high school that doesn't have a PTA so I do a fundraiser twice a year to make money for our students graduation awards, I contacted Jeremy a few years ago and asked him if he could help me out with printing some of our gear to sell. I have been wearing shirts printed by Jeremy for more than a 15 years. Some of which are my favorites. However, it wasn't until I was hosting a celebration of life in Feb of 2019 that I really understood the professionalism. I contacted Jermey about a month out, asked if it was possible and of course the answer was yes. Being busy, I got sidetracked and never got back to them. About a week out from the event I contacted them again, with a design and a tight deadline. Jermey was great, steering me away from only shirts to tote bags which were much more practical as a gift since I didn't need to know shirt sizes. In the end, they printed me several hundred bags, a few dozen shirts, some baby onesies, and even an outfit for my dog. On top of all of that, since we were out of time to send them, he even dropped the shirts off at my door so I didn't need to go pick them. These guys know shirts. Thanks read more

I had an absolutely seamless experience with Brand Marinade. I had a relatively small order of 30 shirts that I needed in a week on a tight budget for my son's soccer team. I had a very rough idea of what I wanted but I needed some design help. I went on the website and used the "Start a Project" tool to get started and uploaded an image that I wanted to be incorporated on the shirts. Hours later I get an email with several design options. After a few emails back and forth to hammer out some design tweaks we were ready to print. All this took place in a 24 hour time frame. I received confirmation of the shirts shipping out and they arrived on time with a kick-ass design and in all the right sizes. Brand Marinade added that special sauce to make the shirts unique. The kids and parents loved the shirts. We even had parents from others teams asking about them. I'm telling you, Use Brand Marinade. They will come through with top notch customer service, turn your idea/concept into some serious bling and you will love the final product. read more
