Ordering large volume custom tshirts can overwhelming with many options to consider. I worked with Ryan in my process of finding what was best for my event. He is extremely creative and knowledgeable in the process and walked me through the different options based on my event's needs. It's easy to see why his business is so highly rated because his customer service was top notch. He was quick to research and respond to all of the many questions and requests that I had. I know I'm a picky customer with very particular specs, Ryan followed through on everything for me and made sure I received all the answers I needed to make my decision. A few key differences I noticed in working with Ryan is his attention to detail from shirt & printing selection to mass production. I have had quite a few disappointing experiences with other printing vendors in the past, as they pushed to get the order and didn't offer any samples or printed samples prior to production. Ryan was dedicated to ensure I would be printing on the exact material I wanted, and that it would be done the way I was expecting. I would get to see a shirt sample before the entire order for shirts would be placed to guarantee shirt quality. Additionally, my 200 unit order would not go into print until I approved the sample print first. I have not encountered this way of doing things before in all my years of event shirt printing. This extra step lengthens the process a tiny bit, but it's an extra step I appreciate as it would prevent a mass-produced disappointment! Peace of mind in this case is more important!
