This was my first time placing an order on print materials and I forgot to mention many details concerning the type of paper I wanted (i.e. glossy, matte, regular uncoated paper, paper weight, etc.). I really appreciated Joel's patience and willingness to walk me through the process of figuring out what I needed while keeping overall costs in mind. In the end, I went with 80# Gloss Text in two different sizes for two difference brochures (ordering 1,000/ea) - 8.5'' x 11'' - $195 8.5'' x 14'' - $295 Those prices included folding (tri-fold for the letter size, quarter-fold for the legal size), and also PDF proofs prior to printing. We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work. The brochures turned out beautifully (perfect paper weight and type, glossy and vivid color photos and text). All in all, I am so pleased with the team at In and Out Printing Service and highly recommend them!

My expectations are very high and super custom so we exchanged emails a few times to zero in on the product I specifically needed. I also delt with Geoff via email and i felt very good having two different professionals from Big City Prints helping me. I went with super high quality 2sided business cards that are gold foil, thick and feel like there coated with sued. I couldn't be happier all because this business is all about making what YOU want!!!! So whatever your budget is give Big City Prints a call. But if it's for your own business dont cheat yourself, wait the extra few days, spend a little more money and get the super high quality cards. I will tell you there well worth it. Knowing almost nothing about the industry, I decided to pay Karen a visit. From the get go, she treats me as an equal, never frustrated with my lack of knowledge. After exploring what felt like thousands of options, Karen was actually able to understand what I was going for and executed. She is so knowledgeable on paper quality and print options, it's almost impossible for me to ever go back to online services like Vista Print or Moo. I can't speak for the quality of Karen's other offerings, but if you're tired of having almost zero creative control over of your business cards, give Big City Prints a try. They're even mindful enough to push back on requests that will do harm to your overall vision, can't find that online! In our age of convenient massive online services, it's rare to find small businesses with the owner is working directly with you. To be honest, these experiences are on the pathway to extinction, here's your chance to experience one before it's too late.

I'm reposting my original review for Paper & Ink along with the e-mail I got from Yelp removing it…read more Yelp seems to think I am a business owner, which I am not. I was a CUSTOMER of Paper & Ink. Since Yelp e-mails you to tell you they are pulling your comment and sends it on a "do not reply" e-mail and does not give you a phone number or any way to dispute what they conclude about you, I decided to repost the whole thing, so here it is: (From Yelp) We wanted to let you know that we've removed your review of Paper And Ink Printing. Our Support team has determined that it falls outside our Content Guidelines (http://www.yelp.com/guidelines) because it represents a conflict of interest. Yelp recognizes that business owners are also consumers, and for that reason we permit business owners like you to have personal accounts to write reviews of businesses that you encounter in your everyday experience. However, we also maintain Content Guidelines to guard against the inherent bias contained in certain reviews--such as reviews of businesses that you engage with as part of your own business. We hope you will continue to participate on Yelp while keeping our Content Guidelines in mind. Removed Content: To Faizal, I'm sure where you are from, it's common practice to try to get something for nothing and low ball prices. You should have gone to the Flea Market, not a professional business. I've been doing business with Ryan and his team for nearly 13 years. I'm pretty sure my repeat business is a clear sign of not only their quality, but the service I have gotten from them. Their prices are more than reasonable. For someone to ask for exceptional service and quality, but be a cheap @$$ and nickel and dime the price to nothing, just infuriates me. The cost to do business is high. They have to pay, not only to print your cards, but labor to design, time for press check, score, fold, etc. Plus the energy to run the machines and keep the lights on. I would have told you to go there, too. Who wants to end up paying out of pocket to get your business? There has to be a profit or why take the work? Anyone who may be reading this, please know; I have not only had my clients advertisements printed there over the years, but my fiance and I have had his music CD's done there as well. So Fazil... good luck with that $60 quality print, and shame on you for rating them a one because they wouldn't cave to your price demands. Ryan, you and your team ROCK. Keep doing what you do! Regards, Hansel Yelp Support San Francisco, California My Reply to Yelp: I am NOT a business owner. I am a consumer who has a JOB. When I refer to my client, I am talking of my customers under me as a sales person. Perhaps before you make assumptions about who and what people are, you should inquire first, or allow us the opportunity to dispute what you perceive. You know what they say about ASSumptions... Still, a satisfied Paper & Ink customer!
