Had the most off putting experience at this UPS location. Walked in and said hello and the front desk rep ignored me and then later said said "I'll be right with you" and dismissed me while she was re-taping a box over and over again. the store was completely empty no customers for atleast ten minutes. Didn't know greeting someone meant you had to stop your task of re-taping a small box with a completely empty store lol. I've never walked in a store and ignored for someone to re-tape a medium sized box over and over again. I just ended and going all the way to Fremont. Their service used to be good not sure what happened. Bummer... won't be coming back. read more

So don't believe the online notary times or appointments- I set up an appointment online and it was confirmed- however the store doesn't even have a scheduled notary at the time - so I would say a F for that service read more

Poor customer service. Not helpful. Bad attitude. I was sent away stating that the packing I was trying to send needed a paper label rather than what I showed on my phone. Come to find out the lady at the front could have printed it for me with a fee (but this option wasn't even given). I was sent out the door after standing in line for 20 minutes. read more

Never scanned in my package. My fault for not demanding a receipt. Went back with my label and tracking but they "have no record of it" even though it was on their counter. Avoid this location. read more

I had to run a quick errand this morning and Rebecca and Blanca were so courteous and efficient. I just had to ship a few Amazon returns out, which I don't do often, so I was a little unsure of how it went. Rebecca and Blanca gave me a swift transaction, and greeted me good morning when I came in, and I probably had one of the most complete 'have a good day' interactions ever - something VERY underrated and overlooked. Stellar customer service from both Rebecca and Blanca, they need a raise! read more

Been here a few times already after moving to Hayward recently. Every time service has been fast and service very friendly. Highly recommend this location for deliveries or for livescan services. read more

Updated review: This UPS location is my go to as it's close to home and they have friendlier customer service then most of their other UPS stores. I usually see Mickall at the counter and she is very helpful and nice. I just had to give her props for service and dedication. I also like that it's not as super crowded with customers. They do operate with Covid protocols. They offer the same services in this location like the other ones. There is plenty of parking and reasonable store hours. The only thing is their use of the computer is never available when I come in, not that I would pay to use it. I still would go to this location as I have never had issues with my packages or returns. [65/100] read more

They are the only UPS store that stay open until late 7pm. They have notary services, printing, faxing, retail items if you are running behind and also have to send out a gift in midst your errands, THIS IS YOUR STOP. The staff at the store is very amicable and is very patient with you. They keep the store very clean and tidy. They even have PO Boxes to be rented out. I highly recommend this store. read more

They used to be closed on Sundays but now are open 10-3! Everyone here is great. If you require notary services, you can make an appt online or call to ensure they have someone available to help you. Sometimes lines are long (too many amazon returns!) but moves really fast. read more

The UPS Store - Management needs to hire more people or come in and work if there are no employees available. - Printing Services Near Me - Hayward, California

On Sunday, Rebecca was completely RUDE and unprofessional. Btw, no one picks up the phone on Sunday. Don't bother calling. " The lines are broken on Sunday." Someone isn't doing their job. Next, I waited 20 minutes for someone to come from the back. Rebecca was cranky already. I asked her questions about my returns, and she replied: " How many more questions do you have, I don't have all day. Hurry up. " She refused to accept my return! I had a box and label and she said " No, unless you pay cash. " I left and I will never come back to this place again. They should fire Rebecca. read more

Best UPS store in the area. I come here a lot for Amazon returns; they are quick, nice, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Not only is having a UPS store in our neighborhood, the staff is so friendly. Very convenient.

They do everything here! From notary and live scan fingerprinting to passport pictures. I have done my livescan fingerprinting here twice and Todd was amazing. Hes nice and knows his shit, he seems like he enjoys his job and is present always there to help and explain things. Thank you Todd for your great customer service, this review was overdue. read more

They over charge customers for faxes and copies . From what I heard from corp. they have free reign to charge / to money gouge customers.. I highly recommend you do not use UPS stores. read more

Service was great and our packages were handled well. Parking is right in front and very easy.

This review is for their notary public services. The notary assisting me had no idea of what she was supposed to do. I had to point out important steps she was missing ( like witnessing my signature and giving me the waiver I was asked to sign for using their services) Despite the fact that I was kind and patient with her errors, Instead of appreciating the fact that I caught her omission, she got defensive and her costumer service turned cold and dismissive. read more

I sent two boxes of Christmas gifts to Arizona on a Wednesday morning and my daughter received them on Friday which was very quick for regular mail. The lady that helped me was nice and professional and actually packed, taped and put labels on the boxes while I was there. Last year when I sent gifts a man helped me and just put the gifts to the side without packing them, which worried me a bit because I thought he could forget what went with my ticket. Five stars because service was great this time and the two ladies seemed to work together well. read more

I'm only giving it one star today because I'm annoyed. I emailed my shipping label...apparently to the wrong email address, my fault. But it took someone 5 mins to come from the back to say "my co-worker said she still hasn't received the packing slip." So we checked the email, I forgot the 'The" ....fixed it and the email came right away to the computer in the FRONT of the store. So why was the receptionist in the back!!? If she would've stayed in the front of the store where I was, she could've checked in with me sooner. So I ask the other lady who came up to check on me, what took so long for someone to come back upfront and check with me. She claims they wait at least 2-3 mins for emails to come thru. Mind you, it was past 3 mins and I would accept that answer more if the young lady wasn't in the back talking on the phone. Like, come on now, I can hear you on the phone. Instead of checking on your customer , you stay in the back on the phone. And the fact that my email came right after correcting the mistake, we could've handled this a lot sooner if the first young lady would get off her phone and come check on me. Bullshit. I might have to find a new UPS store. read more

Quick, clean, and COOL AC inside while you wait Reliable service that never let you down When they say they're closed and you're right outside waiting if just a few minutes and still have people inside they'll let you in ... Okay so out the last couple times i went the costumer service is either great or is really terrible. I only been in when I think the Mexican girl is there and she is amazing and explains everything when I need help. I try to go when she is there because even if she is busy she goes above an beyond. then there is this other short girl I think her name started with an L but the name tag was upside down. The girl with the upside down name tag basically told me I was illiterate and didn't know how to follow instructions. I also noticed when I do go in the Mexican girl is doing the most work while other workers are on the phone or can't be bothered to help. That's why the minus one star. It would have been five is all the employees where like the Mexican girl. read more

I was here the other day, Todd helped me out. Very professional and quick without mistakes. If you value your time this guy will make sure every second counts. Went there on Sunday, 6/19 at 11:21am, and they're closed. It would be great if the hours of operation were accurate!

The cashier tried to charge me for a copy of PSO (paper you sign with terms and conditions). Per UPS corporate (I called, too much time on my hands) we are entitled to a free copy, but she tried to pull the "We're franchises and independently owned" card which is BS. Yes, franchises can charge what they want on certain services, but PSO is free at all locations. She tried to say I can just take a picture. I had sent my dad in to do this shipment (I might be sick) and told him to just put in the smallest bubble mailer... my receipt reflects the cashier rung him up for 2 kinds of packaging (office supplies, not otherwise specified). My dad said the woman put it in an additional plastic sleeve which is unnecessary (he's too absent minded go describe exactly how she did it, but I know for certain 1 bubble mailer would have been sufficient) These people are cheapskates. I'd recommend some stellar locations I know they're all in San Jose. read more

Called to make sure Notary Public was there and was told by person that Notary Public was there until 6:00pm. Got to store 10 minutes later, right before 5:00pm, and was told the Notary left early. This is by far the most nicest UPS stores that I have ever been to in my life. The man Vinny who works there is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He came across to me as a very competent person who knows what he is talking about and was extremely helpful when I needed to have my passport taken. There are many things that they do at this store 1) Returning your books that you rent from Amazon 2) Faxing paperwork if you don't have a fax machine 3) Using the computer to print out word documents 4) They have PO boxes in the store so that you can pick up your mail 5) They have boxes you can purchase also to mail back your items 6) They also do passport photos 7) They also have notary 8) Packing and shipping of items 9) They are also USPS shipping so you no longer have to go to the post office which is a huge plus so that you can easily compare the pricing of shipping to see which is cheaper. Like the other yelpers have mentioned I really wished that there are other UPS stores as good as this one. This one is according to Vinny is under new owner ship so maybe that is why this one is by far better than all the others one that I've been to. If I have importants documents are things that need to be shipped on time I will be coming to this one to make sure that the job is done right. I was very happy with my experience especially because Vinny seems extremely smart and competent. This is important if you want your stuff to be delivered on time. read more
