I needed to get some documents notarized and checked Yelp to see what was close by and available. The reviews here seemed promising and what I needed was pretty straight forward. The other location was UPS store? The reviews scared me away so I decided to drop by today and glad I did! There were two people in the store and once I arrived, the staff helped me right away. Support your local businesses, especially during this pandemic! These are the ones that are vulnerable with closure and in dire need to stay afloat. I actually used this company for two years with their mailbox service. A few years ago, people were stealing my Amazon boxes on my porch and I really hated that these thieves would follow Fedex or UPS trucks whenever they roll into our neighborhood. So I started to use this service to receive my packages as well as renting a mailbox to get secondary mail. I also hated how much junk mail came to the house so I used my primary address at this mailbox service. The owner and his son are so nice and greet me all the time by my first name. Truly a family owned business or at least it feels that way! When it's not too busy, I'll even receive a text message saying that my package has arrived! It's that extra effort service that I truly appreciate from this company!!!!!! This is not a place to drop off Amazon returns though, a lot of customers walk in and ask that. They can do any type of packaging two cents a loved ones by the UPS FedEx or other means but just wanted to put that out there. Came here to get a notary I was in and out within 15 mins (there was a small line). I believe the charge was $15. Note this is not the cleanest business but it was what I was looking for to have my form notarized with out having to make a big fuss. They also offer faxing, copies, and mailing services. read more

Second negative run in with a PostalAnnex+. Such a shame! Because the one in Redwood Shores does such an awesome job! This dude did not accept my USPS prepaid prepackaged 18x14x2 delivery. I had three!!! There were big ass boxes of other things in there and he did not want to take my package!!! You stressed me the F out man, with your lazy ass! (I asked why he didn't take it, his answer was he was there by himself and that would have meant that he would have to take the boxes to the post office himself and that they didn't have a regularly scheduled pick up service) Screw you! Represent your franchise well! Cause you ain't doing it. FYI - I called corporate on you. They said that unless I had boxes that would have taken up the whole store you should have taken my drop off. I've never paid this much for this sized of a package I mailed a whole moving box full of house items by ups for less. So, I found this amazing little light filled gem on a fluke. Needed to get a letter notarized ASAP! I found a mobile notary online and set up an appointment and the rep stalled me for two hours then was late to the appointment. I had to GO! Needed to be back in LA for work and get my daughter into school ASAP! So I got on yelp and requested a quote from other notaries that's when I realized I was being overcharged. 4 stars for amazing service. I came in with an irritating yet necessary request for specific standards for a photo id. The staff was patient with me, looked up extra information, and allowed me to double check my own photo before printing. They were friendly, helpful, and informed about the business (as expected) and assisted another customer on the exact amount of money saved of you take passport ids with them instead of at the post office. It was nice to experience this review as the facility is in a less than desirable area as I got cat-called while walking in from the parking lot by some shady looking African American men. Did not feel very safe and felt like I was back in Stockton. Hayward...I am definitely NOT your biggest fan but at least there's the postal annex lol read more

They were nice and their system was easy as far as me not having to write the addresses and what not. Only grip: When I was trying to conduct business and have the guy who helped me enter the info, he was talking to one of the older guys there in btwn my transaction..felt it was rude especially since he would stop what he was doing to reply back to him...umm hello? I have to mail a stuffed envelope, so a friend of mine suggests that I avoid the inevitable lines at the post office and use the USPS's self-serve postal machine instead. I use the machine and figure out that I can send the package and have it delivered in 3 days for a little more than $6. I didn't want to use the large addressed mailing label for boxes with my stuffed envelope, but the machine had technical problems and couldn't print me a small postage label. And the line for the front counter was enormous. So I went down the street to Postal Annex. Spent $9.05 for the envelope to be delivered in a week by USPS parcel post. Almost $3 more for slower delivery. And the guy at Postal Annex used the large addressed mailing label for boxes and slapped it over the front of my carefully addressed stuffed envelope. Heavy sigh. I guess if you use a third party vendor to send stuff through USPS, you should expect to pay a premium. The cost of not waiting in line. Easy strip mall parking. read more

I tried drop off DHL shipping with DHL business account. They refused me, said they only do cash deal. They told me to call DHL for pick up. The reason why I came over this place, because I am not able to stay home and wait for DHL driver. I tried other DHL authorized store, of course they accepted my shipment. I checked with DHL and was told they should accept my package with DHL account, as a DHL authorized shipping center. I am unhappy with their unfair business attitude. read more
