I contacted Tarrell Live Scan & Notary through the "Request a Quote" feature on Yelp. I needed to get 4 ink fingerprint cards (FD-258) done. Eileen was able to give me a price for what I needed and also book an appointment for me. Wendy was very patient when processing my prints; I guess my fingers just could not bend the way they really needed to, so I had to have quite a few prints redone, but it was no problem for Wendy. I went inside there for fingerprint. There is an old gentleman. He's so respectful and a good person. Actually there is somebody exist in the shop that you can talk to, but there is another lady who is actually doing the fingerprint as she said that she's been doing the business for a long time, but she's so disrespectful and she don't know how to treat a customer good and the way she behave is not appropriate at all. She needs to learn some customer service and ethics in order to deal with customers. read more

I called prior to my arrival and asked questions and they were friendly and helpful even explaining what to expect. I waited a few days since Im trying to get everything in order since im in my last week of pregnancy. Arrived and was greeted by Ken who has a welcoming smile and right away helped me. He was patient and took the time to explain the process and overall was a great experience. His phone rang a ciuple of times and each time excused himself to answer. About 12 minutes later arrived his wife Eileen and she took over since there was another fellow waiting for his turn.
