We made arrangements for the Live Scan for my husband and me on a Friday evening. Because she was coming from the East Bay to the Peninsula, my husband and I figured that even though traffic is usually going East during that time, there would most likely be a bit of delay. Imagine my surprise when Miriam arrived at our house nearly 25 minutes before the appointment. She explained that she checked the map and decided to leave earlier. I LOVED THIS! It sounds like it's just a simple thing (and it is!), but I've encountered so many service providers who DON'T do this. The entire process from start to finish took about 25 minutes. Miriam brings everything with her and sets up quickly. She is patient, professional, quick, and prompt--all things you want when you hire someone.
