Horrible. Just horrible Absolutely rude shaggy white haired man with beard and glasses. First this man tells me it's .25 per page to print. Then I send him 9 files which equals just 9 pages but once he saw that they are individual files, he changed the price, and when from original quote of $3-4 to over $10. Overpriced. Then I opted to get on a computer on my own to print but His computers don't even work to simply retrieve file attachments from my email in order to print. Kept downloading my file and wouldn't even open it. No way of printing if they don't open and I am pretty computer savvy and it just was no way. I told the man and he said he'll be there later to help. What?! I was the only damn customer in there. I didn't have time to wait for him so I said I'm leaving and he ends up charging over $3 for just one page I managed to print. Just one page. And I sat there for maybe only 3 minutes. Do not come here. I repeat do not. He is NO HELP. And a complete scammer to hustle your money. His computers don't even work!! And he is COMPLETELY DISHONEST. I was so upset I literally wanted to cry dealing with this man and his equipment. read more

Actually I'd not give any stars here but anyway -- I used to go there to get my artwork printed for my customers, at first, the owner Jay was nice but until recently - he told me to go to this lady who would be helping me with printing the 16x20 artwork into black and white paper. Bear in mind, I'm Deaf. I use America Sign Language. We communicated via emails and when I got there, Jay pointed to the lady and I walked over to see her, she was talking to me with her mask on. Okay, it happened to me many times and I don't know why people keep thinking their masks are transparent. So I asked her to write it down. She gave me a index finger as if she wanted me to wait. So I sat down and waited. She came back and gave me the printouts of 16x20 rolled with rubber band. I asked if I can see it first before paying. I opened it and the quality was really bad. I told her I'm not going to pay 20 dollars for that. I asked her to show me what she did. She showed me that she opened my file and convert it to PDF and enlarged it into 16x20. Puzzled - I said the file should be large already and she didn't need to enlarge it. (I graduated from RIT, Rochester NY and I'm very familiar with this kind of graphic stuff.) Then she said I needed to talk with Jay. Which I did - I politely typed on my iPhone explaining him what happened. I mean no communication and they expect me to pay 20 dollars for something that I'm not happy with? I was ready to work this out with them by coming back after I review my files which are at my house. All of sudden Jay took the posters and ripped it in front of me and waved me to the door as if he was telling me to get out of here. I stayed cool and waved good bye and left. I decided to send an email to Jay explaining him that I've been his good customer for a while and I didn't deserve the way I was treated - maybe because I was Deaf but encouraged him to do better when he has another Deaf customers because he just lost one. I signed off "best of luck" on my email. He replied - in caps BEST OF LUCK and said he tried his very best to help me. Okay. I don't know what's up with this dude, Jay. But if you're looking for a great customer service, just don't expect it at the Copy Pacific especially from Jay. read more

Never Ever Go Here. Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. The Manager or Owner Jay does not care about making the customer happy at all. I ordered 2000 Postcards to be printed for my business. Jay advised me that if I ordered a small postcard where he can get 4 from one sheet of paper it would be a better price. He said it would be a good quality card stock and cut. Since he is the "Professional" at this i went with his suggestion and paid $495 for 2000 pieces. 5 major problems came from this 1. The card stock was cheap and you can see the printing from the other side. 2. The cards are not cut straight. Imagine a postcard that has the slant of Gumbys head. 3. Its not readable. Because of his suggestion on the card size all the text is too small and you need glasses to read it. When his sample was printed as the "professional" he should have immediately contacted me and let me know that it was an unacceptable size and we could have changed the order to a larger card. 4. Print Quality is poor. This looks like I printed and cut these my self at home. The reason I went to a copy place is because I wanted a good looking professional postcard to represent me business. Instead I received something that looks like a 12 year old printed at home. 5. I called Jay to try and work it out. The best he offered me was to reprint the entire order again with a larger size post card FOR AND ADDITIONAL $600.00!!!! I am not trying to get over on anyone and I do not expect this for free. However i should not have to pay MORE to fix HIS GARBAGE. He should reprint half of my order and fix the quality issues and I should only have to pay a very for the cost of the new POSTCARD PAPER, NOT AND ADDITIONAL $600.00 Bottom line here is do not Trust Jay or CopyPacific In Hayward. They Do not care about the customers. read more

I can't help you right now for Notary I have a printing job for a deceased child. This was from Ray the owner and manager . Keep in mind we have not spoken to Ray. I have to finish this job.
