i've been to a lot of fedex locations but this one was one that was different compared to others. i…read moreusually do large print out photos on cardstock paper during graduation time. i sent an email of the photos edited to my liking, when i arrived for pickup, they were ready in 20minutes exactly to my liking. i had an issue with 2-4 copies which wasn't their fault. i had sized them wrong but they were more than accommodating to reprint them for me correctly as long as i was able to revise on my laptop since they charge more if they had to edit it. as we waited for the email to come through, the store was closing and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable about helping me finish the job a couple minutes passed closing. everyone there was super kind and sweet. they seem to have a good team and work cohesively well together, which gives off such a great and positive vibe.

Terrible customer service. I asked the staff to place my return packages in mailers and attach the…read morelabels because the two packages were almost identical, and I didn't want to risk the labels getting mixed up. Instead, they placed the packages and labels on the back counter to be packaged later. This has happened to me before, and my packages ended up getting mixed up, which is why I made the request in the first place. What made the experience worse was the response from the employees. The woman assisting me and a tall older man with white hair behind the counter laughed and made dismissive comments such as, "Oh, come on! We're UPS, we know what we're doing!" Regardless of where you work, mistakes can happen, and customers should be treated with respect when they're simply trying to avoid a problem. It's not unreasonable for a customer to want a little peace of mind, especially when mistakes do happen. I took my other package and left. For reference it was not busy at all. I was the only customer in the store at the time.
