This was my first time placing an order on print materials and I forgot to mention many details concerning the type of paper I wanted (i.e. glossy, matte, regular uncoated paper, paper weight, etc.). I really appreciated Joel's patience and willingness to walk me through the process of figuring out what I needed while keeping overall costs in mind. In the end, I went with 80# Gloss Text in two different sizes for two difference brochures (ordering 1,000/ea) - 8.5'' x 11'' - $195 8.5'' x 14'' - $295 Those prices included folding (tri-fold for the letter size, quarter-fold for the legal size), and also PDF proofs prior to printing. We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work. The brochures turned out beautifully (perfect paper weight and type, glossy and vivid color photos and text). All in all, I am so pleased with the team at In and Out Printing Service and highly recommend them!

I don't do much in this business like I used to but I do clearly recall my experience here. They were nice and I was probably being a little unfair. Still, I always had mistakes and a bunch of misprints but instead of the making it right they just said I had to expect those mistakes. That'd be fine for your family reunion tees, swap meet tees, or kids soccer team I suppose. I was trying to run a brand that was growing and had a strong reputation. Misprints every batch weren't working. I helped my friend get started though and took him to Awesome and he actually had a pretty awesome experience. I remember we would pick up our orders and mine would have mistakes and his wouldn't. haha. I'll raise it to a two star since they were nice and I later learned how common mistakes can be. I also learned that the good printers have a percentage of misprint allowed when the customer supplies garments but will replace and pay for anything beyond that percentage. See my rant from years ago below ------------------------------------------------------------------ It's too bad you have to leave at least one star. I guess their pricing warrants a star because they are inexpensive. You know why they are inexpensive though, because they are cheap. I'll make this easy for you and run down my list of problems and then finish on a compliment or two. - No structure! I remember walking out of their shop after giving a cash down payment and having to remind Josue the owner to take down my customer info and specific colors that I wanted printed. - I had to call them every time to see if my orders were ready, seemingly reminding them to print my orders - Misprints and mistakes! This happens at every printer but the difference is that other printers do quality control checks before giving the product to the customer and then clean any misplaced ink with a machine. At "Awesome" I had to take my orders home, go through each one searching for stray ink, mispositioning, bare spots (all things ive experienced here) and then take the order back to be fixed

I relied on them for a huge print job with hundreds of stakeholders and they did a great job and didn't charge a rush fee like many printing services in the area. Ask for Chitra and she will help you out. They are way more affordable and kinder than Office Depot and have been helpful in making my shows and trainings a success!

I was stressing and I needed them completed within 2 days. Stan calls me the next day and guess what ? "They are ready". What service. They have the most impressive office of any printing company. They even have a beautiful "true" saltwater reef aquarium with seahorses and a custom waterfall. If you need any printing or notary services ASAP printing is the only way to go.
