I didn't go there again until about a month ago and had the exact same experience. All I wanted were some black and white copies, printed back and front, and stapled. I was grossly overcharged, the man was rude and mean again (making fun of me because I didn't know how to operate his computer), and argued with me because I questioned the charges. I am 100% for supporting local businesses and do so frequently but this man should be ashamed of himself.

She showed us proofs in b/w and also in color (not trying to upsell a bigger order, I feel like she was genuinely trying to show us options, especially since we had a lot of photos). It wasn't in our budget to do all in color so we did the cover page in color and the inner pages b/w. I felt it was a reasonable price and we got more personal service than if we went to a standard Kinko's.

I relied on them for a huge print job with hundreds of stakeholders and they did a great job and didn't charge a rush fee like many printing services in the area.
