Brian was the first to respond to my inquiry, and I'm so grateful for that because he's nothing short of amazing. He answered all of my questions, concerns, and even provided his own expertise advice, even if that meant a lower invoice in the end. The entire process from start to finish was easy and he personally dropped off my posters at home. The posters came out perfect and they look great framed and hung on the wall. If I ever need any sort of print long service, I'm reaching out to Brian at Copymat and I suggest you do the same. Thanks for everything Brian!

I didn't go there again until about a month ago and had the exact same experience. All I wanted were some black and white copies, printed back and front, and stapled. I was grossly overcharged, the man was rude and mean again (making fun of me because I didn't know how to operate his computer), and argued with me because I questioned the charges. I am 100% for supporting local businesses and do so frequently but this man should be ashamed of himself.

I called and Karen answed the phone and was very helpful. She invited me down to the store to meet with her so I drove over. Karen was so nice and helpful with my requests and showed me exactly what I was looking for. My expectations are very high and super custom so we exchanged emails a few times to zero in on the product I specifically needed. I also delt with Geoff via email and i felt very good having two different professionals from Big City Prints helping me. I went with super high quality 2sided business cards that are gold foil, thick and feel like there coated with sued. I couldn't be happier all because this business is all about making what YOU want!!!! So whatever your budget is give Big City Prints a call. But if it's for your own business dont cheat yourself, wait the extra few days, spend a little more money and get the super high quality cards. I will tell you there well worth it. Thanks again Karen & Geoff!!!!!!

Knowing almost nothing about the industry, I decided to pay Karen a visit. From the get go, she treats me as an equal, never frustrated with my lack of knowledge. After exploring what felt like thousands of options, Karen was actually able to understand what I was going for and executed. She is so knowledgeable on paper quality and print options, it's almost impossible for me to ever go back to online services like Vista Print or Moo. I can't speak for the quality of Karen's other offerings, but if you're tired of having almost zero creative control over of your business cards, give Big City Prints a try. They're even mindful enough to push back on requests that will do harm to your overall vision, can't find that online! In our age of convenient massive online services, it's rare to find small businesses with the owner is working directly with you. To be honest, these experiences are on the pathway to extinction, here's your chance to experience one before it's too late.

I thought something like this would take atleast a week to get and she turned it around in 1 day!! I came in the day before to make sure the sizing was correct because each sticker was different and she even waited for me after the store closed while I went to pick up my son from school first.
