I have dealt with Grand Copy in the past, but Minuteman Press was conveniently located. I opted for Minuteman. I have been working on a memorial service program for my oldest sister who transitioned in February 2025. It has been a challenge for me, with the help from my younger sister, to select the photos. The written obituary was edited numerous times until I was satisfied with the wordings. Carla Sanchez was a tremendous help, and she was pleasant. She was also extremely patient with me. We went through so many hoops to get 77 photos from my gallery folder to their email. She even showed me samples of other people's funeral/memorial service programs. Quite impressive that there was a program for the late Frankie Beverly. The whole process took about 1-1/2 hours to complete the task at hand. I needed 75 copies of the memorial service program. The total cost was about $704. A little pricy. However, I know the quality of the finished product will be memorable and well worth it. Finally. I am thankful for my friend's recommendation and Minuteman Press. The program will be ready about a week before the memorial service.

I was all gun-ho about it, until I realized that: #1. Some homophobe might vandalize my car because he doesn't like lgbt people. #2. I might be putting my family's safety at risk. What if some dude who doesn't like lgbt people sees my fiance and kids riding in the car and tries to harm them. When I called Mark and told him my concerns, he was very understanding. We went back and forth. He drew up several versions of the design and he did his best to try and find a happy medium that would advertise and help grow my business, but also protect my investment and my family. He gave me a crazy good price on top of all of that. Another business had quoted me $1,800 for JUST the design and not including installation. Mark was able to give me what I wanted for waaaay less. FIVE STARS! I needed wedding invitations rushed…read more 2:25pm - I called asking for same-day printing and pickup. The owner gives me a VERY reasonable quote, considering my rushed request. She agrees to show me her selection of cardstock in person and recommends I email the PDF ahead of my arrival. 2:40m - I walk into the store. I immediately accept the linen cardstock the owner shows me. My PDF file is already open on her computer screen. I ask her to crop what I typed and formatted in Google Drive into something that can be used for a 5x7 invitation. I also ask for a red border to be added. 2:45 - She has accomplished everything I asked for, and provided useful suggestions of her own which greatly improved my design. She went to school for graphic design and is very good and quick about it. 2:55 - The samples she has printed out look great. The color is rich, the font is crisp, and the ink is where it's supposed to be, Despite being resized, reformatted, and added to, there is no degradation at all to what was in my PDF. 3:00 - I walk out the door with all my invitations printed and cut. I am still in awe at the speed and skill. In slightly over 30 minutes, this business fulfilled every single one of my escalating requests. The finished product is better than anything my fiancee and I could have expected, and the price was unbelievable. Thank you!
