I wanted to print a memoir with photos of 122 pages. Green Copy did a fantastic job in record time (one day) for a reasonable amount of money (7 copies for $302.75, with the tax). The woman who took my money was very pleasant. But the individual who did the work was a real sour puss. I don't know why he was so unpleasant. If he had been nicer (aka more professional), I would give the shop 5 stars, because the work is great. I like supporting local businesses as well. read more

I needed a few pages scanned with high quality. They scanned at average quality and were very rude when I asked them to re-do them. Multiple pages of the scan were either oriented the wrong way or did not capture the entire image. The person who helped me was nice, but the other two manager people were very rude and seemed to create a toxic work environment. read more

I sent a pdf and the woman couldn't figure out how to print it. Then I sent it as a pages file and it wouldn't open on her computer. In this day and age, a print shop should be able to handle basic technology. Now I can't print my item by the deadline because I wasted my time here! read more

5 stars for being the ONLY printing shop to respond to me via email out of the 4 in Oakland that I contact (how crazy is that?). Not only did they respond to my inquiry quickly, but their service was super efficient and friendly. I needed to print 105 of what looked like event tickets and it came to $74.30 plus tax, which I thought was quite pricey but the job turned out just as I wanted. Be sure to be as specific with them as possible with your printing needs. My initial emailed asked them whether the attached file could be printed (like if it would be possible at all) and they responded and said, "your order is ready!" to my surprise. They are very friendly and helpful in person. I went in 20 minutes before closing on a weekday and it was busy! So know that there might be a wait. read more

I needed to get a memorial pamphlet printed quickly due to a swift service. I went to one place where I got unsatisfactory prints on a much cheaper paper for a more expensive price. I didn't feel right passing them out, so I ended up ordering from Green Copy hoping it would be better. They were able to work with me promptly, printed my project printed for a good price, gave quick email responses, and the final project looked really lovely. And I didn't realize they would be folding them for me as well! I went in expecting to spend a few hours folding paper and was so pleased to find them perfectly folded. Green Copy helped me get my lost dog back!! I needed one sided color copies of my lost dog flyer immediately, because when you lose your dog, time is of the essence. They turned it around in 30 minutes and had the best pricing. We were able to start posting flyers immediately. When we ran out a couple days later, I ordered a larger batch, and they were just as fast. We found our dog 6 days later, and a woman passed him by, then saw our clear colorful flyer, and went back and secured him in her yard!! She would not have gone back for him if she hadn't seen the flyer, and we have Green Copy to thank for providing such high quality clear work. Green Copy staff were also a pleasure to work with. Green copy came in clutch for my last minute and time sensitive printing need. Before going in, I made sure that accommodated printing files that were emailed to them. Unlike printing at UPS, which makes printing files by email a nightmare. That was the biggest selling point for me. They are also very reasonably priced compared to UPS. I paid a little over $2 to print 5-7 double sided pages. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I made it in and out in less than 10 minutes! read more

I've lived by Green Copy for many years and used their services to print many labels and papers and they've always been super responsive and convenient to use. More recently I reached out on a whim to do a few more complicated projects for my wedding, and not only were the prices great, they walked me through all of my options and showed a lot of kindness and excitement for the job. Everything was cut and printed perfectly, and they even left an indent on each place card for us so we could easily fold them since we would be traveling for our wedding. They gave a time range for how long our jobs would take, but all of the projects we gave them were completed within 24 hours. Green Copy is just down the street from us. Given that it's 2021, we don't have a printer at home, so we usually sent our infrequent print jobs to Green Copy - nothing fancy. However, when it came time to send out Save the Dates for our wedding, I was really shocked how expensive it was to order these online. Instead, I downloaded a template from Etsy to make and print myself. I had a couple samples printed at Green Copy, and was given advice and feedback and even told they could cut them down to size for me. Today I sent over the final copy to print 50 of, and I was able to pick them up less than an hour later, fully cut to size! The assistant told me the minimum price for scanning 2 black and white pages is $5 only after he had completed the scan of two bw pages I handed him, so copying and scanning and emailing the 2 pages cost me over $5. The manager, who was standing directly behind me heard me repeatedly complain about this to the assistant and merely smiled when I asked him if he overheard this. Alway a great experience with green copy. They make your copies right away and they are always there to help you. Specially in the pandemic when we had to get copied from our professors. I have forgotten to download the PDF and asked for another one and I was willing to pay but they didn't make me pay for it and just sent me another copy! They are angels sent from heaven!
