I recently visited the UPS Store at Greenhouse center to get passport photos. Service was fast, friendly and professional. However the first set of images would not upload to the passport website as the background looked too dark. So I returned to the store and photos were taken again, and Hayley used her tech skills to lighten the background before sending them to me. They worked perfectly and I was able to submit my application and the passport has already been delivered. I went to this store to Return and Ship my Merchandise back to Amazon. I waited in line for a few minutes. The line moved fast. Service was Friendly and Efficient. I approached the Front Counter and the Clerk Scanned the Return in and generated a Shipping Label and affixed it to my Return and Printed me a Receipt and I was Gone with the Wind Fabulous!!! This UPS location has always been pretty reliable, but their customer service is lacking. In the time that it took for the associate to complete my service, 5 other people had lined up, and not once had been acknowledged or greeted. There were 2 associates present at the time; the one helping me, and another going back and forth from the back to the cash register, but not once greeting the other customers. I nearly blurted out that they would be right with them, but restrained myself. I just know how it is to be in those shoes and considering leaving out of frustration from being ignored. I've been to this UPS store for Amazon returns, shipping things out, as well as passport photos. My advice is to go first thing in the morning or late in the evenings on a weekday to avoid the crowd. read more

Do not patronize this business. Staff is new and untrained and defers to manager for almost everything. The manager/owner either lies or is so overworked she can't remember what took place the previous day. I brought in a package for overnight delivery to Hawaii and was told it would arrive later the next day. Got an update today saying it wouldn't be delivered until a day later. After 3 calls I finally got the manager on the line only to be told that she told me it wouldn't arrive until 2 days later which was not the case. Now I'm out $330. Spend your money elsewhere. I was in a hurry and didn't want to drive to the usual UPS I go to now. I shouldn't have because their service is the same as before. Someone greeted me immediately and offered to help since another staff member was helping another customer. I thought, wow, that's so different from before. Boy, was I wrong... I realized my item needed to be packed (my mistake). Their whole demeanor shifted. You can tell they didn't want to answer my questions and glared at me. Do not go here for notary unless you have plenty of time for the Indian lady with the long hair to complete the notary service. She was doing the notary while micro-managing the other employees. Those employees seem capable enough to do their job. To notarize 2 signatures should only take 5 minutes but it took 20 minutes to complete. We even told her that we are in rush but it didn't matter to her. Also, we asked her not to staple but she did anyway. On top of that she created a separate acknowledgment without explaining to us before doing so. She should at least advise us of the reason beforehand. We usually go to this place for notary and it used to be efficient. Apparently it's now run by a management. Highly recommend to go somewhere else and be treated professionally. read more

Other co workers are inept and crack jokes when dealing with our items we want to ship out. Also denied me pricing and told me at the end how much it would cost, and it being to expensive she said that it was "too late, items are already packed and ready to go" even though payment had not been sent yet. This UPS store is my go to out of convenience, but I might have to go out of my way to go to a different one for my Amazon returns now. They are located in the Greenhouse Marketplace right by Safeway and as it is a semi-busy plaza, parking may be hit or miss here, depending on when you come. Service is nonexistent, which I do not mind, since I am usually just there to drop off packages / returns. What I do mind is when I get attitude and rude remarks from the employees, which I never had a problem with any of the employees here, except with 1 particular one - I had her 2 times and both times she would have an attitude and / or make snide comments / remarks about the packages, which makes the experience / visit kind of uncomfortable. read more

oh boy...first time coming to this location and definitely will not be coming back here. the ladies here are very nice but my experience today was not what i expected. i came in with a return package and 2 other packages to ship out. when i went inside i was the only one in line, while someone was being helped out at one of the registers. i noticed there were like a total of 4 people working, only one on register. one of them eventually told me to go to the other one, but i stood there for quite a bit and no one helped me yet while the other register started helping others when more people came in. i waited patiently until someone helped me and we started off with my return package. when she was done w that, she asked me if my other 2 packages are for shipping and i said yes, then tells me they will get back to me to help me. i was so confused because why didnt she help me with that immediately when she was already helping me? i was in the store for at least 30 minutes which is ridiculous. it took so long for them to find me decent shipping rates and just processing everything. appreciate them for thanking me for my patience, but honestly i shouldve spoke up because i felt bad about rushing them when they were doing other tasks, but you should always prioritize customers :( read more

We were here on 12/13/23 September Thursday at about 2:30pm dropping off a couple of boxes to ship out and my wife was told by the only lady working there that she needs to be on her right side of the counter instead of the left. mind you the right and left side of her is only one step different and uses the same counter top so it makes no difference other than trying to create something to give my wife a hard time. My wife did make a comment that there needs to be signage if that's what her preference is and the lady made a comment as we were walking out so I asked what her comment was and she said Something but I didn't want to waste my time with that girl anymore. I have always been treated courteously at the Greenhouse UPS, and I have used a variety of services: returning packages, sending my own packages, faxing, having papers notarized, and passport pictures taken.
