I do subtract 1star because of their affiliation with UPS. I have had many problems with UPS; missing or delayed deliveries, useless online and phone customer service, damaged package, etc. I know these people are caught in the middle but they do represent them to a degree. read more

He called me and I said I would not pay the surcharge as it was not listed and posted at the store. The clerk was clueless and stuck with the response of the notary. I will not go to that store again. Also the staff would not dispose of secure shedding in my presence for security. Said it would be more convenient to do so later. Dharma helped me out with a messy return after the store told me I couldn't return it at their site and needed to take it to UPS. The person at the store said I didn't need a box just the receipt for return at UPS, but I got to UPS and they said I needed to print the return slip AND have a box. Dharma hooked me up with a box and taped it up and I paid $2 to return. Never buying online from Footlocker again, they make it hard to process a return but Dharma saved the day with his willingness to help. read more

Michelle was not only rude and snappy she was also unable to complete a simple task. I checked my Amazon account and it said the package was not showing up as dropped off. You are not only not capable of doing your job, and you don't even know your own name! It's a clean location and they have all the packing material you need for shipping BUT customer service is horrible. Every single time I've been here there is some tall Indian guy who is too busy talking on his cell phone to even acknowledge you. He just scans whatever you have and ignores you. I went to get my teenage daughter's passport pictures taken a couple days ago. Upon reviewing that night, the face was too close up and beyond the maximum face size (top of head to chin size of 1 3/8) as needed for passports. I came in today asking for a retake as it wouldn't be acceptable by the USPS and passport agency. Keep in mind USPS appointments for kids was a 3-week wait unless you plan on doing a walk-in and doesn't guarantee you'll be seen that day. The gentleman that saw me was hesitant to do the retake saying wait for a reject from USPS before they do a retake. I had to raise my voice to get my point across saying i'm not setting another appt for 3-weeks to get retakes. Btw, they charge highway robbery of $29 for two 2x2 pics. He then proceeded to take it. This time the face is smaller than the minimum size of 1". Had no choice but to take it. I did say if this is rejected, they'll have to do another retake. I don't make the rules on what US govt wants in passport pics. If you (UPS) can't follow the rules and do it appropriately, don't do this service at all especially at a highway robbery price. read more

The ups store is a shit show. Workers don't want to be there and they were trying to charge $3.50 to use the computer for 15 minutes to plug in a USB to print. After waiting in a long line, she just pointed me in that direction with attitude as if I should have known even though there are no signs otherwise. Then she provided no instruction on how to print. I'm going to bring my business to a local business like Star Printing where I'm at which is much more receptive, picking up my call, and provided me a quote right away that was half the price of printing color at ups. I wish this experience were just a one-off, but it has now happened on several occasions. I will not be returning after today. It's a shame because the location is so convenient. I'm not really sure why there's so many reviews that are hating on this place - it honestly does get the job done and it's in a very convenient location. The last time I came, I had to drop off multiple Amazon packages and a couple other UPS packages/ product returns, and the lady that helped me at the desk was extremely efficient. Honestly I was impressed that she was helping me at the same time that she was helping another Spanish-speaking customer, props to her! While she might look like she's not giving "great customer service," she's actually getting the job done. I chose this location only because I was charging my EV at a nearby charge station, and I needed to drop off an Amazon return for my sister. I was in a hurry that day and was pleased that there was a UPS location just a few feet from where I was charging my car. When I went inside, there were only 2 customers ahead of me. Still, the wait was way too long. But if that had been the only issue, all would have been fine once I reached the counter. When I finally did reach the counter, a woman, who I later learned was the owner, commenced with making shipping my packages an unpleasant experience, and an impossible task. She was rude and combative, seemingly from the first second she laid eyes on me. It seemed to me that the woman took one look at me and didn't see a 58-year-old business owner or a human worthy of respect, but seemed to see someone she didn't like, at first glance. She then proceeded to make what should have been a simple transaction a quite negative experience. I told her I had two packages to be shipped back to Amazon and two corresponding barcodes. Her first scan of my barcode didn't match the package. I asked her to please scan my other package or to scan my second barcode. She refused, for some reason, and started making statements that had nothing to do with why I was there. "Honey I do this for a living." I told her "It should be easy for you then. Please let's get this done." She instead chose to start an argument with me. A customer. I was there to patronize her business, and at a disadvantage. She ultimately refused me service and asked the customers behind me to physically disregard my presence at the counter and come ahead of me. The customers behind me refused to do so, showing me more respect than the shop owner..., But I choose to leave. Based on my experience, I advise all people to avoid this location. There is another UPS Store within 2 miles. They are professional, quick, efficient, and the customer service is great. read more

Attempted to return equipment before a deadline. I arrived approximately 15 minutes prior to the store closing. The staff on site had already started their close out procedure (counting money & actively closing registers), the gates were already closed inside so no-one could be helped. They were not helpful even with me explaining the equipment had to be in by a certain date. All they had to do was take 5 minutes or less to scan my items and barcode and I'd be well on my way. The sales associate blew me off quickly and said "it's not here yet" when my tracking clearly said it was delivered several days ago. She claimed she couldn't see any information yet I could see information on my app. She gave no apologies and offered no solutions. I had to push her to put in a request regarding filing a claim for a lost/stolen package. She took down my information and said someone would call me or email me the next day - NOTHING. I would have been better off having the packages delivered to my home and placed on my front step, rather than have my package delivered here. read more

On March 14, I went to this store for b/w copies. I am a teacher with a small tutoring g service business. I was not asked (as in other UPS stores) whether I wanted b/w or color copies, rather I was given color copies and charged.89 per copy. When I returned today, Ms. Ortiz was brusque and almost rude when she informed me that "returns are not allowed," after I explained that: 1. I did not want color copies, and 2. I did not have 11 x 17 copies. The receipt does NOT state color copies, only 11 x 17 copies. I am reimbursed for my expenses. I cannot present a receipt which isn't accurate and isn't what I needed or wanted.
