This lady Minal was not helping me - I was not speaking with her but she was yelling to the worker helping me! This was in front of a store full of customers! Completely unprofessional and extremely embarrassing! She was combative and then tried to say she was contacting corporate as well! I am not a worker so I don't care but she really needs training and I will not use UPS - will go to FedEx from now on because the service I received was unprofessional, rude, and you never know what someone is going through - the worker needs to be fired! As I walked out three customers said "I can't believe she acted that way!" I brought in equipment to be returned to my place of employment and she was unhelpful and just trying to yell at me. I'm sure it is because of my skin color - there is no other explanation as I was not even being serviced by her rude self!

I asked if they had computers available that I could use to access my email and print my documents. No one bothered to tell me that some of the computers had printing issues and others had keyboard problems. Instead, I ended up logging into three different computers and paying a fee each time because no one provided that information upfront. Finally, when I asked one of the staff members for help, he told me I could email the documents to them and they could print them directly. That didn't work either. He then told me to send the documents to another email address so they could print them for me. What should have been a simple 10-minute task turned into a 30-minute ordeal because of poor communication and customer service. To make matters worse, I was charged almost $10 just to print two copies, which I found ridiculous. The biggest issue wasn't even the cost--it was the lack of basic customer service and communication. If someone had simply explained the computer and printing issues when I first asked, I could have avoided wasting my time and being charged multiple times. I will not be returning to this location.

This facility sucks...and their communication and security was an abysmal failure…read more I ordered an item from a LA business on Black Friday, and yes, I got an amazing price. They ship FedX, so I was tracking online, yesterday it stated that my item was out on a truck for delivery from San Leandro at 8:05 AM. For those of you *bay-areans* you know that is a scant 17 miles from Dublin. When nothing arrived at 9:00 PM, and the FedX truck had left my street I called the 800 number. The customer care person expressed concern, and we put a trace on this package. After that, it all fell apart. I received a call this AM saying there had been a *security* problem in San Leandro, and my package was not available. WTF?? I asked to escalate the issue, and waited for a manager who told me there was nothing they could do, it had been stolen. OK....why was I not told that in the first place? I have since had a myriad of apologies, but obviously no package. I understand this is not unusual....my issue is that the communication and service from the FedX people was not forthright. Protecting themselves? Maybe, but I will never consciously use them again. Now to work on the refund...I am sure that is going to just as easy as this has been.
