So, I decided to go to FedEx and get some help. Parking easy - they have a small lot plus there's street parking. Staff - My person was super helpful. She had me fill out a form and then she entered everything into the computer. My helper also filled out all the custom forms (which is what made me stuck online) This was painless and took about the amount of time I expected. 20ish minutes. Notes: there was only 1 employee helping people when I arrived. A 2nd popped out when a line began forming behind me but it took them at least 5+ minutes to come out and help. So I deducted 1.5 stars for that. My overall rating 3.5 stars so I rounded up to 4. Also I noticed on the employee badge it had CPR credentials so I felt safe that if I fainted she'd be able to help me.
