As a family law attorney, I rely on process servers regularly, and Dimitrius at Sleuth Process Servers has become my go-to for all of my cases. He is incredibly responsive, professional, and consistently gets the job done--even when service seems nearly impossible. The difficult assignments that would normally cause stress are handled with confidence and efficiency, and I always know my cases are in good hands. Having a reliable process server is invaluable in this profession, and Dimitrius has earned my complete trust. I can't recommend him and Sleuth Process Servers highly enough. read more

Sent an email to the website requesting service of a summons and complaint. Received no response at all. Then I called and tried to leave a message and the voicemail said, "Mailbox is full." Not exactly the company I'm looking for. read more

Decent experience overall. Unfortunately, service was unsuccessful, which I understand can happen. I paid $140 for up to 3 attempts. I was told 3 attempts were made, but I only received video confirmation for 2 of them. Communication and updates could have been much better, and after I received a new court date and tried to hire him again for another attempt, I never received a response. He did seem to make an effort during the attempts I saw, but communication and follow-through were the biggest issues for me. read more

I hired another process server and they couldn't get it done. I then reached out to Dimitrius at Sleuth and after some discussion, the best way to serve the person was doing a stakeout. It sounded like the person was trying to evade being served due to them having a camera doorbell and avoiding answering the door. The following week, a stakeout date and time was established based on when the person was leaving for work. Dimitrius was able to catch the person leaving and the paper was served. Overall, a great feeling the papers are served and Dimitrius was very communicative during the whole sting operation. Next stop, court date here i come. Thanks Dimitrius. read more

$200 for 3 attempts at one address over 3 days that's literally what the sheriffs dept offer. If they couldn't do it why on earth would you want to go to someone else who does the exact same thing but for $200 dollars that's insane update in response to owner: I understand serving restraining orders poses risks and may not be as straightforward as other types of service. My point is that your quote of $200 for 3 attempts over just 3 days is the same structure the sheriff's department provides, but at a fraction of the cost. While you explained the risks, you never explained what your company does differently to justify charging so much more. My review isn't about claiming I hired you, it's about the value comparison I saw as a potential customer. Others should be aware of that when weighing their options. read more

Dimitrius is truly a star. He made me feel so assured that we were doing everything we could to get someone who was very shifty/avoidant served. Highly recommend his services! read more

This Company is very professional very helpful and reliable and consistent and persistent I would highly recommend them to everyone

Honest, Reliable & Customer Oriented! Let's face it...not all businesses can deliver as promised. Sleuth Process Servers and namely (Dimitrius) is beyond compare! I spoke to several companies prior and their prices were outrageous. I even got a denial as the location is gated and in a questionable area. Fortunately, I trusted my instincts and followed all the great reviews from people who have worked with Sleuth. My initial conversation with Dimitrius gave me every confidence that I needed. It was simply "trust!" Dimitrius is very transparent, thorough and tremendously supportive. Simply put: "He truly cares!" You don't expect to find businesses and people like this everyday... My court papers were served within hours of the request. At the same time, Dimitrius made sure to constantly provide updates as the process went along. He knew it was going to be a tough task because of the locked gate. He reassured me that he would do a preliminary check without additional charge since he was already in the area. Of course he even did more than that because of his integrity and character. Dimitrius, please continue your valuable services and lead the way. I'm one of your proud customers that is completely blown away! - Forever Grateful read more

I wish I could give Dimitrius 10 stars! He has been amazing in helping me get papers served in a rush situation. He has saved me!

Easy to work with. I highly recommend this business! Super fast response, reasonable rates, efficient and professional. Dimitrius got back to me quickly after I sent a request for a quote through Yelp. He clearly explained the whole process and options, upfront fees, no confusion & no hassle. There was never a point where I questioned or regretted my decision to go with this service and I'd use them again in the future if I need to. He sent pictures and videos of attempts (as proof), called and texted me the whole time so I knew exactly what was going on. This is one of those people you hope you don't need, but thank your lucky stars they're here when you do need it. Rest assured the job will get done correctly! Thank you helping me through this last hurdle and making it less stressful for me. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dimitrius! He was able to do in 1/2 a day what the courts haven't been able to in 4 months! He was quick, efficient, and kept me updated every step of the way. I needed someone to serve documents professionally and the Rep answered my inquiry and provided same day service on a Saturday night which surprised me. I thought it was far fetched believing that I would get someone to complete the task given short notice and Saturday night but he completed the task without issue. Great job! J. read more

Very reliable/honest service. Dimitrius saved the day for me by telling me that I was serving going to serve the wrong address for the Inc. in my claim. He got it done by going to the right person/address and serving them. In a few days I received the proof of service. read more

Super happy with Dimitrius from the first phone call straight through to getting the proof of service back from him. He's professional, accommodating, caring, knowledgeable, prompt, and confident. He even managed to get my small claims documents served the same day. He gave me many convenient options to save me time regarding the paperwork too. I contacted two other process servers on Yelp before calling him but I didn't get a good vibe from them. I'm so glad I trusted my gut and looked up more options on Google. He has very reasonable prices based on how quickly you need your documents served. Better yet, he worked with me on pricing because I had a tricky request. Dimitrius is really easy to do business with because he follows through on everything he promises. I HIGHLY recommend him!!! read more

The owner Dimitrius went above and beyond to explain the entire process to me, he got back to me immediately and was out serving the defendants within a couple days he was able to take care of that on his first try and also went and filed at the courthouse for me.
