I had a very good experience with this company. Dimitrius responded promptly to my inquiry about serving a restraining order. It was a tricky serve due to the restrained person being difficult to find, but Dimitrius was a great listener and helped figure out a plan to track down the person. It turned out that the person showed up at my residence and I was able to get the serve done by a friend who was right there. Although Dimitrius had already done some work, he refunded most of the money I had paid him up front. I thought it was very fair, and Dimitrius seemed genuinely happy for me. DO NOT TRUST these guys!!!! They are NOT on your side AT ALL!!!! I intrusted this company with serving someone restraining order paperwork and they talked a great speech and made it sound like It was a no brainer to use them BUT when the Process server went to serve the paperwork He decided it was a great idea to accept payments and agree to turn around and SERVE ME As the person I was having served has been harrasing my fiance and I for over 3-4 months now. needless to say I did not let him hand me my proof of service as he would have also served me(wich im not even sure exactly how legal that is, I know that a process server CAN NOT lie, deciet or trick you into accepting the paper work) either way this company clearly doesn't mind working in the grey area of things and definitely doesnt value its clients!!! I will NEVER use this Company again and I will Definitely be spreading the word to prevent others from also getting stabbed in the back after trusting this company!! 4 5 star Reviews??? I am going through the toughest stretch of my life right now, I have 3 beautiful young children that I have been there for since day 1.
