they have good reviews but when the guy answered the phone he asks me the city and the type i say restraining order his immediate response was "can't touch it" and then he goes on to tell me he has too many. Overall i just think it was unprofessional a simple i'm so sorry at this time we are not accepting any more restraining orders you can try back in x amount of time even if it's a year long there's a professional way to go about things. I had to ask and clarify myself that they do in fact handle restraining orders but they just can't right now. read more

I just filed a complaint with the state/public prosecutor regarding the tactics that Henry and Latoya employed in trying to serve documents. Thankfully, they made it easy by acting and speaking unprofessionally while my cameras were operating. In my line of employment, I understand the job that must be performed. However, state law dictates that process servers must act reasonably in their duties. Attempting to look like a government official/officer, speaking in a disparaging tone and manner, referencing someone's race and being generally unprofessional does not align with the standards established by law. By all means, get the job done, but understand that harassment is not part of the job. Peering into windows and threatening people is unacceptable. I will update my review once the regulation agency has completed their investigation. read more

I needed a local company to help me serve a woman who had just filed a perjurious restraining order that was dismissed. This time I was the person filing a restraining order because this person was upset with the judge and the outcome and decided to immediately harass and slander me via every social media platform possible. Since I hadn't had a relationship with this restrained person in 22 years and I didn't know where she lived or where she visited frequently, but call it two birds with one stone because google search helped me find Help-U-Serve and the restrained person's last known address. Latoya and Henry the dynamic duo, on the third day of their stake out they found their mark, unbeknownst to them this person was very angry and aggressive and almost ran Latoya over after being served. I didn't realize how dangerous serving someone legal documents could be because the movies always make a mockery of the process. Latoya and Henry were extremely helpful and they were straightforward with what they needed from me and they were really down to earth without making any promises they came through with the expected results. The work that this company does and the cost doesn't add up correctly. They deserve more and with my appreciation of their hard work a tip with at least two zeros behind it was the least that I did but any future customer should do!!
