Unlike faceless online companies, Vlad and his team were transparent, professional, and easy to reach. All I had to do was create an account on their website, upload the necessary documents, and they took care of the rest--even accommodating my tight timeline. There was a minor hiccup on my end with the paperwork, but Vlad handled it like a true professional. When I needed corrections and amendments made, he and his team quickly stepped in, ensuring the documents were re-signed and returned to me without any stress. Vlad's calm demeanor, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills were exactly what I needed during such a tense time. What impressed me most was their thoroughness. They even captured video footage of the service, providing reassurance in case I needed it for court. After spending hundreds of dollars with Vladimir, he and his team did not get the job done. He and his team have horrible communication skills. Often not returning emails when requesting follow ups for weeks and months. I have all the emails with major time gaps to prove it. He claims to have called, but I never received any calls. He'll claim it's issues with your phone carrier and takes no accountability. His tactic is to wait until the last minute, and waste your time to force you to go back and fourth to reschedule multiple court dates, pushing court dates back multiple times until you've reached the maximum attempts until they are legally allowed to drop your case. Absolutely a waste of time and money. He dragged this out for over a year. Literally got nothing done. Do not waste your time with Vladimir and his team. They are dishonest, and do not have good business ethics. Absolutely horrible experience. read more

The person was actively avoiding service of my restraining order and court notice. After four failed attempts by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office and an extended court date, The Process Guys helped me understand the law and come up with a reasonable place and time to attempt paper service.
