All I had to do was create an account on their website, upload the necessary documents, and they took care of the rest--even accommodating my tight timeline. There was a minor hiccup on my end with the paperwork, but Vlad handled it like a true professional. When I needed corrections and amendments made, he and his team quickly stepped in, ensuring the documents were re-signed and returned to me without any stress. He could've up charged me on stuff I didn't need (I.e., body cam footage which wasn't needed for me case). I am so incredibly pleased with the service of The Process Guys. My only regret with using their services is not contacting them sooner! They were so quick to respond to our unique situation. The person was actively avoiding service of my restraining order and court notice. After four failed attempts by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office and an extended court date, The Process Guys helped me understand the law and come up with a reasonable place and time to attempt paper service. We worked closely with our process server, who was incredibly kind and helpful, and were able to get the papers served on the first attempt! The prices were reasonable for the amount of effort and time they spent with us to get it right on the first try and make sure everything was done in a speedy legal manner.
