A much larger (unnamed) company that I was using only completed part of a job that had a Sunday deadline, and they apparently don't work weekends. So I had to scramble and find someone else. And even though I called Laila on a Saturday evening, and she was out of town, she took my call and made sure my papers were served on multiple parties and in a nick of time. Lailoma went above and beyond to ensure my documents were seamlessly served during a stressful time. I called her at noon to discuss my situation and she made the first attempt within 2 HOURS. Unfortunately, the property was inaccessible but she returned the following day and called me immediately and stated there was still no access to the property. I called Tri Valley Universal with the hopes of serving someone by mail immediately. Laila was very pleasant and helpful and agreed to assist me on a Saturday morning.
