Guy seemed hyperventilated the whole time. He refused to work with me after being asked for clarification about what in the documents he received was not to his liking--he kept repeating something that was technically incorrect about "a PDF format"--and unfortunately, after asking a couple of times if he could describe the issue in layman's terms, as tech details were clearly out of his depth, he became too frustrated and refused to work on the case at all. He did serve my court papers in two hours and had a video showing it was done. He only charged a fee of $300 and I paid him $600 for doing the impossible. I also waited longer than I should have to have the party served. Rui came through with flying colors.
