This place is great! We had a small claim due to an accident...some -head decided to run a red light. I needed to serve papers for a small claims case. First, I contacted some cop buddies of mine, thinking they could help me out. Turns out, they could lose their job representing their departments in uniform and the sheriff's office no longer serves papers for small claims. Bummer! I turned to Yelp and found Cali Agent Services. Mersia got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote. I replied with scanned copies of forms I needed served, got an invoice in return, paid the invoice and within two days the person had their papers served to them and the proof of service had been filed with the court. I first met Mersia ( dont hate me if i spelled it wrong ) way back when I got into a car accident. On January 1 I called her for help again. This time for help with filing for divorce. Can you believe it? JANARY 1 she opened her door for me and by January 4 my documents were filed. Talk about personal service. AND no she did not charge me an arm and a leg. She went out of her way and that is why ( even though im late ) i write this review. I filed for a restraining order and divorce. Through my tears she even gave me something to eat and offered me encouragement, support and a shoulder to cry on. I love their service. I remember she asked if I had anywhere to stay, if I needed help to go to a safe place AND she asked if I had eaten anything. Beyond my expectation. She even followed up on me continuously to verify if I am well and if I was aware of certain updates. I am now a single woman again as of July 8, 2016. Yes, it took time. Hella rude on the phone, called to see about dropping off documents for serving. Told me just to email them....explained I cannot scan them and I would like to drop them off. I echo the sentiments of everyone here - Mersia and her team are the very best. I had to take my landlords to court because they refused to return my security deposit.
