After my experience with Cali Agent, I must say they truly treat your case as dear as they would as if it is their own. I was on a time constraint and was quite worried about getting my papers served. Didn't matter what time or day, Mersiha always would promptly update me via email about the progress as soon as she gets news. This aspect was something I highly valued in their business. Cali Agent Services served some paperwork for me. They charged a reasonable rate and did the job quickly. They process server used a GoPro camera and supplied me with a picture of the service taking place in case the other party tried to say he was never served. Later, when a government agency lost the proof of service I contacted them and they were able to provide me with an extra copy the next day. If I need paperwork served in the future I will definitely use them again. read more

Extremely professional and friendly! They picked a service way after-hour and did their very very best to deliver up and down the peninsula. Plus they are very technology aware and kept me informed of every progress. Great team really! Update: I wrote a good review...ok now i must update it to excellent. To deliver a document they run searches through databases, asked for police support and in the end they gave me the picture of the person being served. Be very careful before you pay your money! Paid $350 for collecting the judgement. The next day I found that the debtor had paid the court. Then I came back to the Cali Agent Service to cancel the service. They refused to refund anything. I understand they have a no refund agreement. But they have not really started the bank levy since they are still waiting for the debtor's bank information from me. I can agree that they've spent time preparing documents but that just the very first step. The can charge based on whatever they have done. They don't need to visit the the court or the sheriff department or the bank. They don't even refund the sheriff officer fee (which is included in the $350 and they have not paid out). $350 is not huge money but their attitude to this is totally unreasonable to me. read more

I've been trying to figure out exactly what words can adequately describe the gratitude, respect, and renewed faith in the kindness of strangers; that I will always feel thanks to Mersiha and Max at Cali Agent Services. I found myself facing a situation that never in a million years would I wish upon my worst enemy. With the clock ticking and my knowledge of law-related anything limited to the basics that the average John and Jane would know, and every attorney I'd reached out to either not having gotten back to me or being unable to fit me into their schedules in time- I was referred to Cali Agent Services through one of said attorneys. I was informed that they weren't attorneys, rather a group that could assist in the filing of documents and structuring of responses. I called late afternoon the day before I was due to file a response in court. Mersiha was the one who answered the phone, which become the start of my saving grace. Within 10 minutes on the phone with her I learned and understood more than I had from everything I'd heard from the each of the attorneys I had spoken to put together. She was so quick to jump on board and start the process, seeing the urgency and looming deadline I was facing. I had been so overwhelmed and at that point was going a million miles an hour, her patience and kindness made a world of difference in my ability to slow down and get a clear head again. Together, we spent the entire evening working remotely; her taking work home with her and myself from my own home. When the time came she Emailed me the completed documents and was in constant direct contact while I raced to FedEx to print, sign, scan, and Email them before they closed. She was there literally every step of the way and I can comfortably say there isn't an attorney that I've heard of being so committed to their client. She didn't rest until she knew it was all completed, after 11:00pm. The next day she made sure to follow up with me regarding the filing and will continue to until the matter is resolved. In between all the calls with her, if she wasn't immediately available Max was quick to step in; their strong partnership is admirable and very easy to fit in among. I'm honestly grateful I didn't end up with an attorney, paying $5,500 for a retainer and $450 an hour, just for them to file a few papers for me and not really be my coach, but rather the team owner collecting the money. Cali Agent Services did more for me than any attorney could or would. They showed me that strangers can and do still do their jobs for the true love of helping people. There aren't many people out there like them anymore; these two are gems. Like that little sushi place that you don't really know about unless you know about it. Someone has to tell you where it is; I'll be telling people who they are. read more

This is my first small claims lawsuit that I've ever started/been a part of so when I learned that I couldn't serve the defendant myself I was immediately worried of which family or friend I'd have to find and inconvenience with helping me serve the defendant, thankfully after some research I was able to find out that i didn't have to burden a family member or friend, I could hire a process server!! I was relieved! But after calling a few process server organizations that I found on yelp I was worried all over again, I called and emailed one and they never got back to me, I called another one and I didn't like the mans condescending tone, I called another one and left a voicemail and he called me several times in a row one after the other and left several unprofessional voicemails that made me feel uneasy, like a used car sales man...THANKFULLY after all this I found Cali Agent Services!!! I called, they called back immediately, I emailed they emailed immediately, i asked a ton of questions, Cali patiently answered in the most helpful, professional way possible, i knew this was the organization I needed and wanted to help me serve the defendant, as the defendant did his best to evade Cali's team, 9+ attempts, and nearly 3 weeks later we got him! It was a tough road since the defendant was evading and even when i felt like giving up Cali gave some motivating and inspiring words and we continued on! Thank you Cali agent services! This is an overdue review for both Mersiha and Max of Cali Agent Services. I'm one of those that had no prior experience with the legal system and was in desperate need of help with serving court documents (TRO) to the defendant. I've lost hope after contacting several other servers and each of them failed to return my call. Fortunately, I found CAS through yelp and immediately sent them an email. I received a call from Mersiha just 5 minutes after sending her an email, and 2 hours later, I was sitting in her office feeling very nervous and clueless regarding the serving process. Mersiha answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The defendant was very evasive but CAS was able to find ways to track him down. Max tried serving the defendant at three different locations but he was nowhere to be found. However, Max was very persistent on finding the defendant and with Mersiha and Max working together, they were able to track and personally serve the defendant. I felt at ease knowing that I was able to proceed with the TRO case. But the story doesn't end there. The defendant provided false informations and denied all accusations in his response. For someone who had no prior knowledge and experience with the legal system, I felt extremely infuriated and I knew I had to call CAS for help. They helped me every step of the way from doing court research and to making sure that I feel at ease and confident about winning the case.
