Do not use this company. Daniel the owner is not reliable and does not serve properly. Communication was very poor. Does not return calls or emails. He claimed to have served my tenants for a small claims case. Took many emails and phone calls to get proof of service, lots of excuses. Finally got him to supply to the court. We go to court and the case is thrown out because he didnt serve them legally. He only left the summons on the doorstep after ringing the doorbell. Thats not a legal serve according to the judge so the case was thrown out. Now I have to start over months wasted and lots time and money. read more

Daniel was great! Despite being his weekend off and during a pandemic he accomplished serving someone with less than 24 hours notice and did so with only 2 tries! Most process servers would have given up, say they attempted and charged you anyways. After receiving the paperwork, within 4 hours he attempted his first try, got a feel for the situation and returned the next day and completed it. DG Services did a great job. The person being served was being very evasive, but DG stayed on the case and he was eventually served. I had also paid the sheriff to serve this person, but the sheriff was not successful. Eventually DG was able to complete the task. I should send them some more money, as the $75 was very hard earned. I can't say enough about Daniel's excellent service! If you need it done he's your guy! I came to him after trying another service which failed to deliver two restraining orders. Their excuse was "unable to locate." They informed me one day prior to the deadline!! Needlessly say I was beyond stressed. I called Daniel that same day, on a Wednesday, and he was at my home a few hours later. I appreciated this, but still felt this may not be possible to accomplish. I was very wrong. Daniel pulled an overnighter, located them, and served them by 4:30 AM the next morning - less than 12 hours turnaround!! We needed a 60 day moving notice to be served as we live about 1.5 hours from the rental property. We found Daniel on Yelp and called him on a Saturday morning.
