TOP NOTCH SERVICE and very professional and well informed through out this whole process. This was my first time ever serving anybody, and Darin made this process as easy as possible and stress free. He went well above and beyond for what was needed and didn't ask for any additional funds for the many attempts that he had to do. Will 100% recommend Darin's services if anybody is needing his services read more

My review is strange in that I did not use Darin's services. But let me explain. In my case, I needed to serve someone in their home city on a Thursday night and if I had no luck, I needed Darin to serve the person in a entirely different city on Friday. The urgency was that the person was leaving the country on Saturday. I called several process servers in both cities and Darin got back to me first. We discussed the entire process, the identification information, and his pricing. I made the payment and strangely, the 1st process server I called 5 gr previous (the one for Thursday) finally responded. I advised darren right away that I might be able to get it done that evening but the chances were slim. He told me to let him know if I got it done. Shocked as all get out, the process server who took 5 hr to respond served the party in two hours. So I contacted Darin for a possible refund (as he did not need to do the job on Friday (the next day). I was bummed that I only got a partial refund. But I couldn't have been happier with his response time, his kindness, his friendliness, his is willing to educate me on the process, and his professionalism. I read his reviews before I chose him and they are not an exaggeration. Darin deserves every five star he's ever been given. read more

Don't hesitate to contact him for process serving. Contacted him a month prior to the court date and he took care of it within the same week. Communicative the whole time and at a fraction of the cost of others! read more

Incredibly fast and efficient. Darin is experienced and jumps right on your job. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he served my papers. Also, his prices are very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about him.-Dulce Drysdale read more

Used Darin to serve some paperwork for an evasive individual. Darin is communicative, honest and goes above and beyond trying to get the job done. His rates are not high and are well worth every penny. I highly recommend any of his services and shall I need them again I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend him! read more

He did a great job! Responded fast and gave me information. Even though we didn't get the job done (not his fault) he tried his best. He did give me lots of good info on how to proceed. I read more

Darin is the man! He will get the job done and do what the sheriff can't do. He was the only processor that picked up his phone all times. Thought this was going to be a difficult serve, but he serve the same day that I gave him papers. read more

Darin is worth every penny he charges! The value truly is in his knowledge and service. I'm all the way in LA County and the headquarters of the company I needed served is all the way in Contra Costa County. I didn't qualify for the fee waiver the Sheriff requires and thank goodness I didn't. Darin knows exactly what you need. With the Sheriff's I would have been left on my own more than anything. Darin is patient and very helpful. He made sure my packets were done correctly. He does not give legal advice of course but he helps you understand how the process works and what you need to do. He went to bat for me with a Sheriff's clerk. She wanted to close one of the files because she said there can't be more than one file for the same person? Listen, lady, the judge ruled in my favor for two separate cases for this guy who took advantage of me. He did not abide to the contract we signed and paid me less than what was agreed. Darin made it clear that she needed to do her job and not make decisions that she is not authorized to make. I was on a real estate team and the Lead took advantage of my novice experience and knowledge. I went to small claims and won! I decided to collect the judgement with a wage garnishment because of course this guy didn't pay me even after the judge determined I was owed money. This guy has had over 1 year to pay me and finally 15 months later (small claims began in September 2021) I got my first check!!! Go with Darin. He was also the only one who answered my call. I believe it was long weekend and he still was handling business. read more

I was up against a very tight deadline getting some very important papers served, I live and work out of the area from where the papers had to be served and I really did not know what to do. I got on yelp and found Darin. After talking with him I knew I found the person for the task! He was very professional and very knowledgeable. End result he got the job done as promised and on time. Darin was very reasonable and kept me updated throughout the process. I can't tell you how much I appreciate him. If you need papers served by a very reliable and professional service, you need to contact Darin!! Thank you again Darin for your awesome service!!! read more

The rating is combined for my two jobs I hired Darin for. First, I hired him to serve small claims papers. He did a great job on that front. Explained the process, kept me informed, followed up in a timely manner after each step. 5 stars there. I then had him do a skip trace and that's where his performance went south. He went completely MIA on me; I tried calling and texting several times and when I did get a hold of him, he kept giving me excuses (e.g. I was sick, I'll call you when I get to my office, etc etc) on why the job wasn't done. Never did get a response from him on the job so I went elsewhere. Very disappointing after the strong performance with the process serving work. Zero stars for the skip trace unfortunately. I would not use again due to the variable performance. read more

Darin was AMAZING - seriously, so professional, knowledgable, and experienced. He went above and beyond to serve someone for us quickly, he reviewed everything, asked great questions and really took time to discuss everything. I wish all process servers were like Darin. We will use him again any time we can. He served our person within the hour and helped confirm their address with us. He is communicative and reasonably priced. read more

Great service!!! Went above and beyond using is Court contacts to provide exceptional service.

Darin is incredible. I told him from the start that this was going to be a very challenging service. The defendant in this case was adept at avoiding his debtors. Darin was courteous and professional. He does not make promises he cannot keep and he is honest about the efforts he makes to effect a successful service. In this particular instance, the defendant was able to avoid service in Stockton but Darin was willing and able to go down to Dublin to effect a successful service. if you are looking for an honest and reliable process server, look no further than Darin Frazier. You will not be disappointed. read more

I am a civil litigator and use Darin routinely. Darin sets a high bar for service of process. He is tenacious about getting people served and keeps me informed of his progress. He knows the rules regarding service inside and out and he educates me on service issues from time to time. He readily accepts service projects on tight timeframes. Darin is reliable, honest, fast, and goes the extra mile (or the extra 50 miles, if that's what it takes to complete the service)! He is excellent at what he does and I'm grateful for his help. read more
