AAA Paralegal are 3 months BREECH in contract. The attorney fell asleep while I was speaking of my case. He stated that he couldn't take on my case of stalking because it was too much work, but I already had the evidence. One-day he wanted to charge me 10k and then 5k. I PD approximately 13k for consultation and to have 2 restraining orders. When I went pick them up AAA only completed 1 r/o, I corrected and them that they had the evidence for 2 people. Again they wanted to charge 700.00. First court date I was told that the male to be served was not there to be given the orders. The 2nd date, again the same answer. AAA paralegal stated they did there own investigation and saw him there. Two months pass, the threats and harassment continue. During a argument about the lack of empathy seemed to be discrimination. I am disabled and they refused to let me use it. They stated "we don't allow people off the streets." I stated I am a client. A argument proceeded they refused to give me my paperwork. There were going to call the police and stated that they can have me committed, which is a HIPAA VIOLATION. Last week December 3rd I received a R/O so now my process in know longer valid. I'm a Private Investigator in Bay Area and recently contacted AAA Paralegal Services as they were located in Stockton and my client, a Los Angeles attorney, needed records picked up from the San Joaquin County Superior Court as she had a deposition scheduled very soon. I asked Alexis of AAA if they could pick up the records. She said they could and we discussed payment and the easiest way for them to receive payment, venmo, etc. We agreed on a price. I sent her the list of the records we needed,with the case numbers, name, etc and she confirmed receipt. After a few days, I called and left messages asking about the status, no response. I also sent emails, no response. This created a serious problem, which was ultimately resolved with another company. Cannot recommend AAA Paralegal Services in anyway. They only had to say they did not want to take this job, or later, advise me that they weren't going to do it. Very unprofessional. read more

I have never left a review before but feel I need to in case someone else is looking for help in a divorce case and pays money. I should have read the reviews myself, had I done that I never would have used AAA Paralegal. I went to them to handle the filing and paperwork for me and have had to repeatedly reach out to them as they never provided status on anything unless I emailed them, which usually took at least two emails to get a response. They filed my initial paperwork 3 months ago and I have not heard one thing since. I will have to take over completing the divorce even though I paid them $1000.00 already. I also just found out they never filed the proof of summons for the initial paperwork so I'm basically starting from scratch. Beyond frustrating! It was a very simple divorce, no children, no contest, no property to divide, and I've basically lost 3 months and will now have to spend many hours trying to deal with San Joaquin County Courts myself which just adds to the frustration. I contacted AAA Paralegal Services in March of 2020 for a divorce and QDRO. It was right when Covid began and everything started to shut down. Danielle was polite, knowledgeable and kept my mind at ease during the process of the divorce. She filed the documents promptly and always answered my calls and emails. Our divorce was final at 6 months and 8 days with no issues. We did end up continuing with her doing our QDRO although I pay for a legal Insurance through my employer and our QDRO could have been free, we still continued with filing the QDRO with her. We are finally at the end of the dealing with the QDRO, which although it was a long process to NO fault of Danielle or her staff. I can see a light at the end. Over a week ago I went in and met with Alexis, we met about getting a vacate order for my ex who left and came back. I paid the normal fee and the expediting fee and then got no response. I picked AAA Legal based on the reviews on Google. I went to Danielle. It should have been a pretty simple "Separation-to-divorce" situation. I had a copy of my separation agreement which my ex was willing to proceed with into the divorce. This was in November of 2019. 6 months later, Covid struck and everything shut down. Granted, that slowed things up a bit. In May, I contacted AAA legal to see if any more progress had been made. She blamed it on the courts and the court clerk. After that, She wouldn't answer my calls, she wouldn't return my messages, until FINALLY, after a year, she returned my email. Worst communication EVER! It took a year and a half to do what should have taken less than 6 months. All that had to be done was file the paperwork. There was no property to divide, spousal support, or child custody issues. The settlement agreement was already done. The worst part was just waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and not having any clue what the progress was because she basically blew me off.
