Same situation as Ms J. I hired Brandon back in January. Paid him $120 for process service. We emailed back and forth a few times, and then I heard nothing. I've sent more emails and left voice mail. No response. Very frustrating. I hope everything's okay. read more

I spoke to Brandon about serving a document to an opposing party, back in December. He sent me a link to make payment. I did. Just under $170, if my memory serves correctly. On the date the document was supposed to be served, I never heard from Brandon. I called him to let him know the party would be a couple miles away, in a diff location, on said day. He didn't answer. I left a vmail. No response. No document served. Never heard from Brandon again. Never received reimbursement either. It's March. read more

Brandon is VERY Efficient in getting the job done. I had the Sheriff's dept try to serve this evasive criminal and she dodged them several times and they declared it a non-service. When I hired Brandon he got it done THE FIRST TIME. He is savvy, quick thinking, and knows the procedures. He also gives advice on how to handle paperwork which is nice since the court doesn't tell you anything. He called me as soon as she was served and sent the paperwork immediately. Very professional. Very Efficient. Hire Brandon for evasive or hard to serve cases. read more

He came long distance to deliver a non-legal letter and handed it to receiver in person.

I tried to get in contact with Brandon but he refused to reply to my messages and calls yet he has time to reply to a Yelp review. He proceeds to say payment is due in advance on Yelp but when I got everything notarized in person he said payment would be due when they collect. I wouldn't waste your time here because they're just going to waste your time and take information that can lead to anyone's identification. Be Aware of Bay Area Legal Scammers. read more

I am so grateful I made the right decision to use Norcal Serve to serve my court documents! This was the first time I have ever needed something like this, but Brandon made the process stress free, he answered all of my questions and assured any and all worries. Not only was Brandon so accommodating with excellent communication, but also he served my documents so quickly! I had struggled to make contact with these individuals for so long, but before I knew it, he got the job done. Brandon made the whole process so convenient where he served the individuals and immediately filed the documents for me. Overall, such a friendly guy and I am so appreciative! read more

Brandon was amazing at his job . Really appreciate the quick service and always did exactly what he said he would do and exactly on time. After calling many different places and nobody even answered the call I'm glad and relieved I chose SoCal Process Servers . The best in San Diego for sure . 100% I recommend them to anyone needing to serve court documents ! read more

Brandon got the job done. Pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to get the service processed. Would highly recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the responsiveness, efficiency and thoroughness of NorCal Process Servers. This is the first time we had to use a service like this. We called several process server companies, but got no response. When we called NorCal Process Servers, Brandon got back to us right away and explained exactly how the process would work. He immediately took control of the process and had it completed in just a few days, including filing the Proof of Service with the court. We highly recommend NorCal Process Servers! read more

Brandon did an outstanding job for me and I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!! He was unbelievably responsive, very professional and incredibly timely. He kept me informed every step of the process and went the extra mile to track down the person I was serving and even went out early on a Sunday morning to be sure to find her. The only reason Brandon doesn't have more reviews yet is because this is a new business for him. Give him a shot, I'm thrilled I did! He will earn your trust, respect and business!! read more

Perfect in every way. Brandon caught the defendant coming out the back door. Delivered on the first try.

NorCal process servers are by far the best and most dedicated servers I have worked with. As an attorney and founder of a California law firm, Torres & Tolman, I needed a reliable process server who gets the job done. NorCal has accomplished the most difficult serves (for example 7 evasive Defendants in one case) by being persistent, bold, and smart. They are the best in the business and I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Brandon is reliable, resourceful, and very successful in serving court papers. My situation is difficult, and a Sheriff's Deputy had failed to serve the papers after three tries. Brandon served them on the first try. He is very responsive, and effective. He is my hero. He also filed the proof of service with the court. I recommend him very highly. read more

I usually never leave reviews but I had to. Brandon was amazing during the serving process. He answered all my questions before and after and even informed me along the way. Thanks to Brandon I have a sense of relief! Highly recommended! read more

Brandon went above and beyond to serve papers for a civil court case on short notice. I had waited too long to serve papers and required a rush job. Not only did Brandon jump into action, but he also followed up, notifying me by text and phone as events unfolded so we could decide next steps. The papers were delivered, and, thanks to him, I had my day in court and won! read more

Brandon is truly a professional, patient and persistent. I have an ex-wife who *consistently* tries to dodge service, even when an Alameda County Sheriff tries to serve her. Brandon was able to professionally locate and serve her, and acted professional in the face of her and her partner's aggression. Brandon's communication was also excellent, often responding to me within hours by either text or e-mail, answering questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I am thoroughly grateful to him for all of this work and he comes highly, highly recommended. I will definitely be using his services in the future! read more

It was great working with Brandon from NorCal Process Servers. He was very professional and responsive in all communications. He found a way to serve documents in a timely manner despite the fact that we were dealing with a person who was actively avoiding service. Great for process serving, stakeouts involved in process serving, and courier services. I also appreciate that Brandon was friendly, pleasant, and understanding throughout the process which is very helpful if you are new to these kind of legal situations. Highly recommend! read more

I eneded up not needing to use Brandon's services but he was so helpful and even ended up sending an email for me for free. He refunded the money that I had paid him. He was kind in the middle of a difficult circumstance. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Brandon! He was able to successfully serve the defendant within a couple days of receipt of my paperwork. He also filed the proof service with the court. I so much appreciate Brandon's effort and professionalism! I had previously hired another process server. Jason, with D&R Legal Process Service, LLC, who was terrible. Grant it, the defendant had an invalid address on the documents I was provided; however, when I questioned Jason how many times he tried to serve the defendant, he started yelling at me. Jason's attitude was unprofessional and a turnoff. I could NEVER recommend Jason or his company to anyone I know. That said, I decided to look for a different processor, and came across Norcal Process Servers. Brandon was able to successfully serve the defendant within a couple days. BRANDON SAVE THE DAY because, after my disappointment with the first processor, I thought I wouldn't be able to get the defendant served and therefore lose my case. Thank you, Brandon! 6 Stars! Called NorCal at 7pm when my other process server from this morning was a no go. Not only did Brandon answer the call right away, he was willing to help, with an amazing attitude to boot. He went to the property within one hour and though the subject avoided service, he will be back first thing in the morning. I cannot say enough. Responsive, trustworthy, ethical, and helpful! What more can I ask for? Easy 5 stars! read more

I'm so glad that Yelp has proven to be a valuable resource for AMAZING businesses like this one!!! I've never had to use this type of service before and I was very nervous about the process and everything else. Brandon literally took care of it all for me and it was so easy and stress free!!!!! I cannot believe how fast he was able to serve the papers and then file it for me too! Win win! Thank you SO much for everything!!!! You are the BEST! read more

Brandon helped us serve an order to go to small claims court on a corporate plaintiff with headquarters outside the county in which we live and filed the case. Brandon is responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and persistent. The service was completed the day after we contacted Brandon. Compare that to waiting six weeks after the clerk of the court where we filed attempted service by certified mail to the company's corporate agent address (located in yet a completely different county), and STILL no proof that the order was ever received by the respondent's agent. We had to continue to case two months because there was no proof of service. Brandon gets the job done and his rates are reasonable compared to other process servers we contacted. If we ever have a need for a process server in the future (hopefully not), we would definitely contact NorCal Process Servers again. read more

So grateful for NorCal Servers! I had a difficult job that Brandon handled very professionally even going above and beyond to find the defendant which was tricky. He was kind, easy to work with and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. read more

Very professional family run business. I called around to a few places then decided to send a yelp inquiry and received a very prompt quote which was competitive. I needed processing service and my delivery was taken care of efficiently and quickly. I'd definitely use them again. read more

Brandon is an awesome and responsive process server! I deal with process servers all the time and hire many of them, and he is among the very best I have encountered. He was out right away to serve a guy that no other process server could locate. I highly recommend him. His fees are reasonable and he answers his phone. 5 stars easily! read more
