Kinda like gossiping and it creates fear in the elderly so they will pay more out of pocket for their paperwork. This company has the worst president as staff. I then decided to engage his services for the final stage of my divorce procedure. Marcel is responsive however since he is helping other clients, it may take him a couple of days to respond.
