Highly Recommend DP Legal Solutions for Living Trust Services! I had a wonderful experience with DP Legal Solutions and Peter for my living trust. My great uncle recently retired, and he needed help with estate planning. I found Phuong on Yelp, and we were so impressed with his highly rated services and positive feedback from customers, so we decided to give it a try. Phuong was so wonderful to work with, from the very first meeting until the last meeting to sign the paperworks. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Estate planning can be overwhelming, especially when helping an older family member, but Phuong made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated his kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Phuong to anyone looking for a trustworthy estate planning attorney. read more

So we called him again to go over our living trust to make sure it is up to date, and to make any changes that were needed and wanted. My dad only had a will and I had to go through probate to get executor status for his state and get the will processed. Peter guided me through the whole process of what was needed and what was expected. The main things I needed to do after getting executor status was reach out to any companies that my dad had accounts with. Then I just had to attend the court meetings which were only 2 court appearances that was able to be done by Zoom. Working with peter the whole process took about 1 year and a half. My case was probably easier then others, since my dad owned his house and had no debts. I would recommend having Peter assist with the probate process as there can be a lot of paperwork involved and you don't want the probate case to be delayed even further by incomplete/incorrect paperwork . read more

I worked with Peter and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. After completing the initial intake paperwork, Peter had my documents prepared and ready to sign within two weeks of my initial appointment. When I came in for signing, Peter explained each section of the trust documents and assembled all the paperwork in a nice binder! This is a few months over due. I went to see DP Legal Solutions, for what I thought would be a simple amend to a living trust. However, like all things legal it was not the case. However, she was sooo patient with me and my mother in law. Explaining why we needed a formal Trust Attorney. She spent much time to review and give an understandable explanation. She didn't try to sell anything or treat us like, we didn't know much. Which we didn't. I would definitely go back here for any other service that they can do. Feel confident, they're not going to disrespect you or waste your time. Honest business.... read more

This is a late post but I finally got around to it so I can share my experience. Karlyn handled our case back in 2020. She was very pleasant to chat with and friendly at first so we felt comfortable asking her for help. But the process took 1.5 years to complete simply because our documents got "lost" in the mail, and we had to restart the process. What was really upsetting was we were the ones who had to reach out to her to follow up regarding the status of our case after not hearing back for months. We have tried to call her so we could talk with her in detail about what has happened but the calls just went into her voicemail. She finally "emailed" back after a few days and notified us that our documents simply got lost and "disappeared" in the system. she said it wasn't her fault. Mind you we aren't talking about a Christmas card but personal documents with sensitive information. This was extremely upsetting and she didn't even have the decency to at least call us and apologize personally. We aren't here to point fingers at her but the way this was handled was insensitive and unprofessional considering how serious the situation was. Even to this day, I have extreme anxiety about what happened to my documents. read more
