My contact person was their office manager/paralegal, Jennifer Richardson. On December 10, I emailed her asking about the promised referral -- no response. I followed up several more times by email and voicemail, and still no one ever got back to me. I eventually gave up and put the matter on hold. Fast forward to 2025: I decided to try again. After numerous phone calls, someone finally called me back and instructed me to submit a new application, which I did on August 30, 2025. Their website claims they process the application and get back within seven days, yet it has now been almost two months with no response despite multiple voicemails throughout September and October. In one of my messages, I even said, "I'm desperate and need to plan accordingly, so please let me know whether you're able to help." Still nothing. They do not accept walk-ins, do not answer phone calls, and as of today, they don't even have a working voicemail system -- you cannot leave a message anymore. I made one last attempt to reach them before posting this review, and once again, no luck. This clinic's complete lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for a legal aid organization.
