From the beginning, they were incredibly personable and patient, taking the time to explain the process, manage expectations, and coach me through each phase of what was a long and stressful case. When it finally came time for trial, they were outstanding. They tried the case in front of a jury and won, and even more telling, several jurors stayed afterward to personally share positive feedback about how decent, credible, and impressive Kent and Hamaseh were. That kind of response says everything about their integrity, preparation, and presence in the courtroom. I felt supported, well prepared, and confident because of them. Truly 10/10. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs strong, principled legal representation.

I cannot begin to Thank Team Kletter E.N.O.U.G.H…read more Team Kletter (consisting of Owner, Managing Partner, Attorneys, Paralegals, Office Managers) "went to bat" for me resulting in an inside-the-ballpark grand-slam! After an abrupt and unexpected employer-enacted end to my Silicon Valley high-tech employment, I approached and consulted with Team Kletter. After initial verbal discussions of, 1) the facts of my claims, 2) generic value of similar cases, and 3) my goals, we moved forward with a written chronological time-line of facts related to my hiring, employment, and abrupt termination. Our Case moved from a Demand Letter, to a Lawsuit, and, eventually, to Settlement Discussions. Throughout the process, I was empowered and felt to be part-of-the-process as one of the Team Players directly involved in the Case, in OUR Case. Team Kletter trusted me and believed in me --- the trust and care I received from Team Kletter helped me relive and recount the facts of an unwanted and untimely employment termination --- the process proved to be cathartic and validating --- Team Kletter understood me, my facts, and my goals, and helped me transform a negative experience into a positive result. Thank YOU, Team Kletter, for supporting me, giving me confidence, and getting me across home-plate SAFELY!

Needless to say, I decided to go with someone else.

I have a complex issue that I needed to discuss verbally with Mr. Herzog so I requested a phone…read morecall or an in person appointment if needed. However, he texted me twice so far in response. I am low-vision, have carpal tunnel in both wrists and arthritis in my hands so reading and writing text messages is very difficult. That is why I asked for a phone call. The first text said that he was sorry but he couldn't help me; he referred me to ACBA; however, I used to refer clients to ACBA when my then husband couldn't help them. I managed my now ex-husband's law practice for 14 years and I was dedicated to helping as many people as possible whether they signed as clients or not. I left a voice response to Mr. Herzog's first text and again asked for a phone call, but I received a second text: he thought it necessary to educate me to the fact that lawyers have "practice areas." He added that I shouldn't contact a "random lawyer." I'm 76 years old; my first husband is a personal injury (PI) lawyer. Suffice it to say, I know attorneys have practice areas. I was advised to seek a real estate attorney about a crucial issue that needs immediate attention within the next few days. David Herzog gets good reviews; however, I will not contact him further because he did not have the courtesy to call me despite my repeated request. As a permanently disabled 76-year old woman, I know enough to find someone who will speak with me on the phone in order to accomodate my disabilities. Mr. Herzog is not that person.
