Recently, my wife and I listed our property on market. A couple buyers made an offer, and extended their closing deadline multiple times due to their loan application. In the final extension, the buyers kept assuring they would like to buy our house. We doubled check with the buyer agent before moving out the property during the weekend to ensure buyers can move in following Monday.
