Though I did not always agree with Mr. Lin's decisions, he never failed to do what was best for my son and was compassionate and caring with him in all their interactions. Mr. Lin is a parent himself and knows the importance of a healthy relationship between a child and both parents. When our case was at its most turbulent and caustic, Mr. Lin exhibited his dedication to his client by standing at his side even under the fire of libel attacks against his practice made by his client's mother who eventually lost custody and had a permanent restraining order placed against her that was maintained even after she brought it to the Appellate Court. This order is now protecting Mr. Lin's client from an abusive parent for the rest of his life. This was my first encounter with an LDA, which allowed me the opportunity to do the necessary research to make a more educated investment. Had Marizen gotten back to me with the necessary next steps and questionnaire as she had promised (it's been over 1.5 weeks), I may have considered her as a possible option to complete my Living Trust needs.
