Simply the best in every way. When did everything become that more complicated and time consuming? Chris and his team of urban warriors are smart, savvy, conscientious, efficient and kind. Until cloning becomes an option, Chris provides the on-demand personal assistance that makes my life better. I've used them for important document deliveries in Napa; fragile items pick ups @ east bay auctioneers - requiring crating for transport; downtown, multi location, impossible to park, pick ups @ medical facilities and pharmacies; etc. No micro managing or follow up needed, no checking in - their communication is top drawer-no answering services to field calls through, no forms to fill out, no dropped balls, misunderstood logistics, and no ghosting. This is service. Always at reasonable rates. Always completed well before my expectations. Always somewhat blown away. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! These guys genuinely saved the day. My work laptop unexpectedly died during a high pressure week with relentless deliverables. I called in a panic to see if they could deliver a new laptop from San Francisco to Livermore. Not only did they make it happen within a few hours of my call, but they were so kind, helpful, and best of all - had a clever sense of humor and calm demeanor that kept me at ease during what was otherwise an awful day! Thank you Dig team! read more

I highly recommend this service. Chris, the owner, was very helpful and professional. He called me right back after I left a voice mail and he thoroughly communicated with me throughout the entire courier service. He picked up an item for me at someone's residence and packaged it up at FedEx and made sure the item got shipped out asap for a next day delivery. For the price he charged, this service was incredibly valuable; it was quick and easy. I'll definitely use this service again in the future. read more

Dig Courier - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - San Francisco, California

Dig Courier is amazing! Needed a phone delivered within SF and returned back the same day. Was able to request that morning with a tight time frame (1hour) and they were able to accommodate at a fair price. They exceeded expectations when I was able to move up the return pick up/drop off time by an hour. Really great service and will be using for future courier/deliver needs. read more

Moments ago, Chris solved what can only be deemed a five-alarm fashion emergency. Husband is in SF for all-day interview. Naturally, he splits his pants. Chris races to the GAP and then goes above and beyond to work with their customer service folks and get replacement pants to my husband PRONTO. Thank you, Chris, for transforming a potentially humiliating day into just an odd occasion for new pants. :) read more

San Franciscan living in Australia, here. Have some friends back home who really need a pick-me-up, so ordered (and pre-paid) for a big box of deliciousness from B. Patisserie. Hired a Task Rabbit to pick them up and deliver them downtown. The Task Rabbit flakes and cancels the job. So, I frantically search for someone else who can help at the very last minute and come across glowing reviews for Dig Courier. It was the middle of the night in SF, so I submit instructions for the job on their Web site and send along payment. No way to confirm this is going to happen, but I hope for the best. Check my phone during my 4:00 am pee, and there's a note from Chris telling me that the job was completed on time and as requested. He even hand-wrote out a lengthy note that I asked to be delivered as well. Gracious notes of thanks from my sugar-buzzed buddies confirmed a job well done! read more

Chris was responsive even if it was late at night! He was so easy to talk to and reliable - was expecting the delivery by 10am but it was delivered 40 mins earlier. What I love was that Chris responded immediately, then followed up again the next morning. He also updated me as soon as the task was done. I'm glad I found Dig - definitely highly recommended!!! read more

I called Dig late last Friday and spoke with Gordon. My request was a little unusual. I live in Philly and needed Dig to go to the Marin County Clerks office and have them pull a certified copy of my divorce certificate. After 10 years of being single, I didn't think I would ever need it. However, as luck would have it, I'm getting married and need to supply proof of divorce. Earlier that Friday, I corresponded with the clerk's office and obtained instructions on how to pull the certificate. I then forwarded the information to Dig for handling. On Monday, Dig went to the clerk's office and met my request with professionalism and expediency. My divorce certificate is in the mail with tracking information. I would not hesitate to recommend Dig and Gordon and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Dig Courier has exceptional service and they made themselves available in a pinch! I was in the city on Labor Day and had a package to be delivered before I left that evening. Everyone I called was closed for the holiday. They were one of the few who answered my call. I spoke to Chris and although they were technically closed, he arranged for me to meet with one of his couriers and they helped me out on a holiday! They delivered the package to my destination the next day when I asked for it. I will definitely use Dig again. read more

These guys are the truth. They are on top of it, on time, on call, text, such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them. Thanks Dig!

Dig Courier saved our butt on a last-minute, super important delivery to the SF Financial District during rush-hour. No problem, for Dig! The owner -- Chris -- was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with. They totally took care of this tricky delivery at a very good price, and we've used them happily ever since. How great that such an excellent company is also local and devoted to sustainability! read more

Needed a courier to deliver some important documents downtown and these guys turned out to be great. The guy on the phone was on top of it and was able to help me right away. Such great service. I filled out the on-line quote for Dig Courier and within 5 minutes had a phone call setting up the pick up of my package, within 10 minutes! Needed to get a laptop from SOMA to Marin County. Called Dig and they were reliable, honest, fair in their pricing ($56) and they got the job done by the time that was promised. Have since used them for other deliveries around the city. They offer you different pricing based on how soon you need the package to arrive - 2 hour or 4+ hours. Next day after they delivered, there were issues with my corporate card being declined. Gordon was pretty chill about it and left me some messages. Found out my pcard doesn't accept Square transactions. So make sure your card allows that. I'll always use these guys from here on. You should to. These guys rock! read more

The whole process was smoother than I expected. I'd never used a courier service before but needed to get a book delivered across town to a friend. I filled out an online form. One of Dig's couriers phoned me soon afterward. He said he could come by in the next ten minutes, by which time I'd be at lunch... he said this was no problem and suggested I leave it at the front desk of my office. I did and he picked it up while I was away. It was a relief to know that I could just leave it at the front desk. read more

I had a last minute problem to take care of which involved moving two desks and six chairs from one office space to another. Chris took care of it like a pro! They were on time, they did it in two trips, and best of all, they were FAST!! Chris was willing to listen to any issues I had and then actually DO SOMETHING about it--imagine that! Customer service does not get any better than that. Dig is awesome! I will definitely use them again! read more

Dig Courier came to the rescue yesterday when I wanted a letter to be delivered urgently by 4:00 pm to San Francisco. I was using their service for the first time, so was not quite sure about them. The reviews on Yelp, however, were reassuring so I went with them. All I can say is that they delivered on time and also responded to my initial email inquiry within 2 minutes. I would certainly recommend them. Thanks, Dig Courier. read more

Look no further. Great Courier. On time and very helpful on the phone. I will use them again for sure.

I had a very positive and excellent experience with Dig courier Services in San Francisco. They literally saved my work as I went to drop a package at an office in SF and having arrived 10 minutes passed the time they refused to receive it and said the only way they will accept it if it comes from a courier service. I looked for one online and I was blessed to come across Dig's phone number. Chris came and rescued me within a few minutes, delivered my package and charged me a very reasonable fee. I would solely use Chris and his team from now on and highly recommend them for any one in need of fast, professional and reasonable courier service. read more
