I literally used them for the first time today and wow. I'm floored at how amazing their communication was, how fast they were to respond and how prompt and friendly my courier was. He was great and was rushing to give me my item. I had an item in SF that I wanted same day courier down to Menlo Park. The fees were reasonable considering with gas prices. I highly recommend them! Will use again for sure! read more

I used Godspeed and was impressed by the quick delivery, excellent customer service, and that it was easy to book! If I have another need in the future, I will definitely call them again and highly recommend! read more

Great service - prompt, good communication, on time. Definitely would use them for time sensitive items or anything that needs care

I've used Godspeed a few times. They are reliable, and I know that my package in in good hands.

They're a genuine pleasure to do business with. When we need to send something as soon as possible, Godspeed comes through every single time. Whether if it's Curtis, Bryan/Brian, Casey, or whoever else, Godspeed is fast, reliable, friendly, and professional in every way. They go above and beyond every time, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone. read more

During the 2 hour window, they came in 15 minutes. They provided me an order by email and they emailed me after the order was completed. Very professional. You give them the package and they will take care of the rest. read more

If I could give 10+ Stars I would. I had a last minute package fumble that I personally mailed to the wrong address. I called Godspeed and within a few hours window they dispatched, picked up, and delivered the package within the SF area to the correct address. Their customer service was on-point their fees easy to understand. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to use their service. Wishing them safety and much business. Here is the fun part I was calling from out of state and they made this transaction like butter for me. read more

I've used Godspeed many times (15+) to courier everything from pitch books to promotional banners to shirts. They are always very courteous and professional and good about following the often convoluted security that comes with picking up from the business buildings downtown. I plan to keep using them and appreciate their careful handling of our office and business items. read more

Super responsive and customer-focused courier. Great team to work with!

I have never used such a service before, but I called to see if they could get my small purchase from a shop on one side of town to the other. No problem. Super friendly, and delivered as expected. Highly recommend. read more

I've used Godspeed Courier for work at least 6x and every time they are super communicative, efficient, on-time, reliable. I love them every single time. I used to schlep stuff everywhere, now that I've started using Godspeed I can never go back. read more

Fantastic courier. They provide consistently excellent service and I couldn't be more pleased. They've worked with me on some deliveries that I wasn't sure how to deal with. I've been homebound and they have relieved me of a great deal of stress in securing necessities. Highly recommend! read more

The Godspeed teams saves the day yet again! For any last minute delivery service (or really any sort of courier service), you can rely on Godspeed Courier. The team is super friendly and easy to schedule with, prices are very reasonable, and deliveries are always picked up and delivered on time. We business folks all see messengers of all different sizes and shapes, some lazing around, some slowly peddling, some fast....and then there is GODSPEED. BEST OF SF 2009. Why Even Read on. The public has voted. but read my particular story. It will give you insight into the company. Here is a perfect example. I call in a delivery (already have an account) that was an emergency. I had a high priority tech client that needed a new laptop like RIGHT NOW. I called and ordered the laptop through the Apple Business Team, and they said it would be waiting with a business team member near the front door. I told the apple store to label it "GODSPEED Hansen Technical Consulting." Apple screwed up and didn't label the box. Here is the good thing. Godspeed called me to verify it was the right box. I told them (after verifying the specs of the computer) yes and that I was in gridlock at Fell St. I will try to pull over and wait at a specific address. The guy on the phone, Brandon, said wait...what are you driving? I told him a Silver Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the top down. He said what block are you on right now? I told him that I was still gridlocked due to an accident. about 4 minutes later a guy on a racing bike, shows up and hands me a laptop and says see ya next time and tore off. That delivery in itself sold me for life. They actually are bike riders..or racers. Not sloths. If you see one of these guys sittting around it's probably because they are waiting for a legal document to get signed or something. I will never go with any other Courier service. They saved my ass. I would have had to park somewhere in Union square, run to the apple store, run back to the Jeep, and then speed to this client and I would have failed at the promise I made him. He is a Surgeon and needed a laptop so that he could access critical client data off of a backup because his other computer died. I wish I could give them 6 stars. read more

Oh my god (speed), I love these guys. They consistently save my life on a freaking daily basis. WSI has four corporate offices around the city. One in the Marina (also known as "Cow Hollow"), two in the FiDi, and one in the Mission -- not to mention stores around the city that I am constantly having to rape of product...and for that I apologize, and I am always having to send things all over the place to all kinds of people. Always friendly, these bike riding warriors know my name, my extension, my department number, and almost always know who I am sending stuff to. They've yet to fail me. Plus they sound seriously cute on the phone. read more

I've started writing this thing three times now and it always boils down to this: When you want something picked up or delivered within San Francisco, I think it's impossible to beat Godspeed on price, speed, level of service, and just a general massive can of kickassery that they bring to your door. I've been using them at my job for years now and they're my go-to guys and my first pick whenever something's tossed in my lap with the instructions "get it there." I used to use one of the big guys (Fedex/UPS/USPS) to deliver small boxes around SF, but if you compare the actual prices, Godspeed often comes out cheaper than the other guy's SLOWEST service. It's easy too - Pack up your box like you were going to mail it, call up Godspeed (I have the number memorized now) and tell them all the info. They show up, they take the delivery, and a little while later it's where you wanted it. No nonsense, no pain. You can even setup regular billing with them I've even used them for return-parcel service. A customer of mine had a box to send back, and I called up Godspeed to go pick it up for me and bring it to my office. Easy! No really! TRY THEM. Dooo eeeeet. Seriously. Why are you still reading this? Call them. read more

These guys are GREAT! I am a lawyer in San Francisco and they are the only messenger service I use. I have used Godspeed for more than 15 years. They are friendly, professional, and GET THE JOB DONE! If there is a problem with a court filing, they call from the courthouse and work with me to get it fixed. They are the total opposite of the bike messengers who bring back unfiled documents with the explanation, "The clerk said 'No,' man," when it is too late the fix the problem. read more

Godspeed rocks my world. They always answer the phone, and know exactly who I am, they pick up and deliver promptly, and are HOT HOT HOT messenger boyz to boot! Honestly, what more can you ask for in a messenger service? read more

I cannot tell you how many times Godspeed has saved my ass. If it weren't for their speed and professionalism, I'd have to deal with a whole lot of angry people. 5 well deserved stars! read more

I think a friend of mine works for these guys but he's not on their website. I think he likes being under the radar. I haven't actually worked with these guys but they took over for my beloved Theresa's so they must be super friendly, helpful and fast. The only difference, perhaps, is that Theresa's was a bunch of super cute, some even super hot, GIRLS delivering packages and that certainly brightened my day whenever I had to send something quickly. Guys, if you are employing the ladies from Theresa's, please, put their cute mugs on your site! read more

Godspeed is the only messenger service I've ever used, so I have reservations about calling them the best. And yet I have no inclination to try anyone else and I'm quite confident it's impossible to find anyone better. The guys are always so friendly and helpful. Even though I'm sure they have hundreds of customers they remember me every time I call. They are super friendly and very prompt, professional and reliable. Yay, Godspeed, you get my vote! read more

After speaking with the owner today about our experience, I am giving 4 stars - not for the service received that day, that is still 1-2 star rating, but for his recognition that there was miscommunication on both sides and they were partly to blame for the events that day. I also commend them for their willingness to apologize for their initial stubbornness of the situation. Sometimes we, as consumers, just want businesses to take ownership on their part of a situation and admit that they too are partly to blame. That is just good customer service. I'm glad that things are resolved and since I'm all for second chances in life, I will use Godspeed again in the hopes that the next experience will be deserving of a 5 star rating as others have mentioned. read more

I had to find a courier to deliver some important papers for work in SF. Godspeed Courier was very professional and on time! I would recommend if you need to send anything in the Bay Area! I use their services often now for any courier service that my work may need. read more

I like how this company operates. I call them and someone helpful picks up. They have all my information ready to roll and even remember certain important drop off and pick up details per my order. For someone who moves products around the city and is in a bind a lot of the time this company is a godsend. I like the old-school aspect where it isn't some stupid annoying app that doesn't work. Highly recommended. read more

GREAT SERVICE! Quick, very reliable. love, love love them.. and damn, aren't they all sexy?! read more

Good, quick, professional bike messengers. Easy onboarding and quick ordering. They always arrive before you expect them. read more

These guys are AWESOME!!! The level of service provided by Godspeed Courier is exceptional--from the person who answers the phone to the bike messengers. I've used them several times to deliver my rent check to the property management company. They are always on time; and more often than not, the messenger would call to inform me that the check has been delivered (even though I didn't specifically request for it). Today, I called to ask for a special request by meeting me at a local Starbucks to pick up the package. It took all of 3 minutes to work out the details, and 10 mins later, the messenger arrived. Mind you, I did not ask for a rush delivery. I wish every company functioned like them -- professional, pleasant and quick! Love them and will use them exclusively for all my delivery needs. Keep up the great work! From a very satisfied customer. read more

I use same day couriers on a daily basis, and this company is as good as it gets. They are efficient at letting you know when the item was picked up, dropped off, and who signed for it. They also send confirmation through email. I recently requested a price quote for same day, and like the honest company they are they let me know I can get a better price using a more local based company because my pick up and drop off location was out of their area. Love them ... read more

Phenomenal service!! I found Godspeed on Yelp as we had an issue with a FedEx delivery and needed help ASAP. Aljeandro was extremely nice and patient and explained options to me. He had his delivery person (biker) at the FedEx location quicker than he originally stated - how's that for service?! In the end, FedEx had already put the package on a special delivery truck since it was there error. Alejandro was very kind to us (I'm sure this sort of thing happens all the time). If we are in need of a courier in San Francisco, you can bet we'll call Godspeed again. And so should you! read more

My first time using a courier service and I will always use this company. Nick was super nice and professional on the phone. The messenger that picked up my package was very nice and arrived super fast for pick up. They provide efficient service with their notifications from the time the package is picked up to the time it is delivered. Plus their rates are super competitive (the best rate out there)! Thank you Godspeed Courier for such fast and efficient service in the Bay! read more

I think God must be speeding them, because they are damn quick. I am talking pick-up and delivery with a car in the FiDi within two hours. On a weekday. Nice. I worked with Curtis to coordinate the job and he was quite friendly and professional. Great customer service experience. Sadly I didn't get to interact with any of the sweaty, muscular, incredibly hot bike couriers that I am reading about in other reviews. Damn the large heavy boxes! read more

My need for a courier service is rare so when I found Godspeed I thought, to myself, the name says it all. And it did. I called late morning from the east bay, Martinez, and they had my documents picked up and delivered to Walnut Creek, CA at 2:11pm. Yes, FedEx is less expensive. So? Godspeed Courier offers better service at a price that really is not that much more considering how FAST they got the job done on the same day as requested. Great personnel. Great service. Great company. Thank you! read more

I literally have never had quicker service, and the price is unbeatable! Literally within 15 minutes I received a quote, payment processed and a courier at my door picking up!! BEST service EVER!! Godspeed for sure :) Thank you! read more

Not only are these boys fast they have the best package handling skillz. Not only are they sweaty and hot (see below) but they actually have a pretty kick ass racing team. Which if they race on their days off, well the maneuvering through s.f is a cake walk to them !!! By far the bay areas # 1 messenger service, not to be confused w/ the poseurs out there. Competitive rates, fast riders and friendly dispatchers. Life savers!!! read more

I only use them a few times a year, and every single time without fail they are WONDERFUL. I LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUV Godspeed. FAST RELIABLE FRIENDLY Clearly they love what they do, and they love helping people in need. They are nice as can be from the guy who answers the phone and takes my information down to the courier. Before, I used Cupid but after a horrible experience with owner I switched and I'm so glad that I did. read more

I work in downtown and needed to get a surprise gift to a friend who also works in downtown. I found this place on Yelp; the first number didn't answer. The second number got me to the friendly Curtis. It was 3:15pm and I asked if they could get my small, and somewhat delicate, packages delivered before 4:30pm? Yes, they could, for a price that I considered a bargain. (The price for delivering something that isn't a set of legal documents within the same downtown "zone" within an hour, as shown on their website.) At 3:26 I got an IM from my office's assistant, saying that the courier had picked up the package from her desk in our lobby. At 4:10 I got a delightful thank-you note from my friend. There's quite an enjoyable pleasure to be had here: to have your gift delivered immediately, and not by you, but someone else. read more
