This is my first time needing a courier service in San Francisco and I came across King Courier online. After filling out the order form and specifying that my package will require a vehicle to deliver, I submitted the order. I paid for rush delivery too so that my package would be delivered by 1:36 PM. I noticed that it was 2:00 PM and my package still wasn't delivered even though it was picked up before 12:00 PM. I called the company and they said that they had sent a bike to pick up my package even though I chose (and paid for) the option of needing a vehicle. They proceeded to tell me that the package is now at their office and that the soonest they can deliver my package will be in 1-1.5 hours since they have no vehicles available. They told me that the reason they sent a bike was because I did not specify the weight of my package. I do not appreciate it when companies try to save labor costs without their clients knowing. King Courier could have called me asking me to clarify my order if they had some questions regarding my delivery. They could have easily said, "Hey, we noticed that you said you required a car but can a bike do since we don't know your package's weight?" Instead, they did what they thought was best for the company instead of putting their clients first. I will not use or recommend them again. read more

After using these guys multiple times to help deliver medical devices from hospital to hospital they left me high and dry today. I came out of surgery to a Message from King saying they couldn't find the package so they were canceling the delivery and still charging me. The driver claimed he went to the front desk looking for the pick up and when I spoke to the front desk he had never come By. When I spoke to the dispatch person they claimed they couldn't get ahold of the contact but when I called I reached them no problem. If you need a courier you can count on don't call these guys. Now because the product needs to be delivered by 3:00 today (this all started at 8:45 this morning) a hospital might not be able to Do what they need to. read more

We have used King Courier at work for the past 3 years about 3-5 times a month and they are fantastic! They are prompt, nice and take care of our packages. We send out large boxes every month to several locations around the bay area and I never have to worry. You give them all the info they need and they get it done. King's Courier is amazing! I placed the order over the phone this morning at 10:30am to have a package sent from downtown San Francisco to Sonoma, and paid by credit card. I used the cheapest same day shipping method and they said the package would arrive at 4:30pm, but it got here at 12:15pm, over 4 hours early!! My company has used King Courier for years, and they have always been reliable and done a great job. Sometimes we have small envelopes that need to be delivered, other times heavy boxes. King Courier has various vehicles to get the job done, including bicycles, motorcycles, and cars. We recently needed some heavy banker boxes and other awkward shaped items sent from Oakland to our office in San Francisco's Financial District. The price they charged us was much lower than I expected, and the driver did a flawless job. Not impressed. I used this service at my previous company and never had a problem. I signed my new employer up for regular courier service. The dispatcher is often rude, gets directions wrong, sends the courier even when we've canceled because the office was CLOSED. We've been overcharged and it was a major hassle to get the billing fixed. With King Courier I'm not confident our important documents will get where they need to go on time. Seriously thinking walking back and forth between clients would be better than using this service. So disappointed and would actively discourage people from using them. read more

Did not pick up half of the delivery, then said they would charge me another $24 to deliver the remainder (which was part of the deal in the first place!), and then in the evening when I had no other options called and said it would be $54, not $24 because it was evening. This is a dishonest, terribly run place, with no regard for the customer. Deceitful! read more

king courier was notified in the morning if the supreme court of california has an issue with filings a clerks notice is sent however a review petition is always filed first the correction is done by written notice giving time for the correction your service is to file papers for those who cannot not. i never received any proof you did this or confirmation was never sent to me. the court states there was no delivery it was not filed that is the truth you took the one day the last day of the ten day deadline for review of a writ of mandate. a writ of mandate or an appeal of has been filed since the magna carta in spite of difficult clerks all courts have. i called you in the morning your employee esther did everything possible to delay until before 5:00 pm stating you cannot afford printers stalling on the phone as if my filings were a game because i do not have an attorney or perhaps because i am an ssi recipient. i do not know why i was treated this way unfortunately your employees seemed to enjoyed it. i was so afraid my papers would not be seen and you did this to me. the deadlines are crucial you know that and the court is right across the street your employee stated it takes hours to print on the only printer you have which is old? i inquired your a courier service??? i need the file stamp copy she promised to retrieve on monday is that not what i paid for?? your customer service as they frantically hung up the phone stated they would give me a refund on monday due to your printer it was promised of course your employee so guilty he could not speak with me hanging up after finding out what happened putting me on hold to look up my order. did you ever think of reading the papers perhaps i was harmed in this case denied a jury trial on an important issue which will take my personal property and my pet from me which was stolen. if you are not going to refund could you upload pics for others if you are a true service please let us see your office and the printer you have the old one described or if you have others so we will know. if you do not want to help the average person be honest you do not need to harm our rights allow us to find a service who will help with the time we have.. the most famous writ granted was written by an illiterate man on a napkin in prison it was about a fair trial as my review to justice suyake was. the napkin was granted in the us supreme court by the highest justice of our country he was given a new trial as i might have been. write a declaration send it to me upload it here for others to see you are a decent business this should state regarding your printer so i can file for default to the justice suyake and my review of my writ of mandate may happen if it is the truth or send me the file stamp cover you have charged me for i am disabled with the money i could buy groceries or water i will need it without the review of the right to my jury trial. what your company did took the hope of all regular folks who need the court you should be ashamed. i am sure the population who have had to go to court without an attorney will verify there are always clerks who are disagreeable however the laws and the constitution are for all of us. read more

Recently, our east coast company had back-to-back conferences at the Moscone Convention Center. We had a 2-day lapse in time between the two, so needed to store the display booth at a local warehouse for those days. With no local staff to oversee the logistics, we called King Courier (based on their positive reviews) and I was assured me that they would take care of it. The Moscone Center is huge and then you add the challenge of picking up from their shipping area after a large conference exhibit and it was a bit stressful (we had no room for error, needed our display back at Moscone on the Friday). No problem though, King Courier came to the rescue. They picked up our display boxes from Moscone and delivered to the local warehouse same day and within the timeframe requested. They also sent an email of confirmation once the items were delivered. Very reliable service and we were lucky to have viewed their website! read more
