Nina's been working as a personal assistant for over 10 years and her experience managing books for several clients is evident in the way she finishes tasks even before you can ask again. She listens, asks all the right questions, and does whatever she needs to do in order to present the best options for you while making sure ever detail of each request is taken care of. And don't expect someone to butter you up, she's all business when it comes to taking care of things. Although, if you're lucky, you might score a few goodies for Christmas and New Year from her very own kitchen! Nina truly has the perfect balance between professionalism and being personal. I'd actually go so far as saying that if I were stuck on an island, I'd want Nina with me, because she always finds a way to work out of even the most difficult situations.

I had Kristen at Bella Concierge coordinate my wedding reception and she was wonderful!…read more We were on a pretty tight budget, and so we had a very DIY wedding from start to finish. But no one wants to work on organizing their wedding (putting out the tablecloths, lighting the candles, refilling the food and drink) at their own wedding party, right?!? We looked all over for coordinators and most were either out of our price range or they were insulted that you would even suggest they not plan the whole thing from start to finish. Kristen was a refreshing change from that . Not only did she work within our stated budget, she actually *liked* the fact that we had been working on the wedding ourselves and giving it our own personality. And she stressed over and over again that no matter what, she was going to make sure we enjoyed our special day and didn't have to work on it. And she was right! She had everything set up beautifully when we arrived, the food was out, the people were drinking and it all looked seamless. I didn't worry about a thing all evening. Every detail was managed impeccably and all I had to do was visit with my friends and eat and drink. When the party was over, my husband and I left and she stayed to clean up. Next week, our deposit arrived fully intact from the venue. So, not only was the party a success, clean up was, too! I highly recommend Bella Concierge to anyone who needs a highly ORGANIZED, FRIENDLY, and DEDICATED coordinator or planner for any event. Kristen is the BEST!
