They are amazing. They packed everything in a good amount of time. Red and their team took care when packing our valuables and created a system that made it super easy to unpack. I highly recommend! read more

These folks are absolutely, 100% careful and considerate. Red is especially careful to take the time to determine *exactly* what you need and how to execute your requests within your budget. They're so popular that they get very, very busy. Suggest calling them well before you need them. Kind, gracious and very helpful. They're all about service. read more

I had a huge job to prepare for moving out of the large San Francisco home where I had been living for nearly 40 years. From tiny, delicate collectibles to massive, irregularly shaped items, preparing my belongings for the move was a formidable task and I had a very tight deadline for completing it. Fortunately, Pack Attack came to the rescue! They truly saved my sanity. The team was prompt, professional, highly efficient, cheerful, and knowledgeable about what the move would entail. They also provided welcome advice about how to do some preparation on my own. Largely because of their work, the move itself went without a hitch. At one point the head of the moving crew told me that I had made their job much easier by having everything expertly prepared in advance. As a result, I saved significant time and money on this ambitious move. Sincere thanks and highest recommendations to Pack Attack! read more

Amazing service. They came, packed everything neatly in boxes . I loved how easy it was.

Review for services provided November 2017; I'd lived in the apartment since 2007, and having moved 42 times in my life, had vowed to stay there the rest of my life. After ten years of paying our rent on time and maintaining the apartment as though it were my own, my landlord decided that he wanted his wife to take over our apartment. I'd thought that if I paid my rent on time and took care of the place that I would never have to move again, that I would grow old there, and now I had to try to find a place to live, again. I was heartbroken and stressed. My daughter and I could no longer afford to live together, so my little family was being broken up. This is the cost of greed in our beautiful city. At what was one of the worst times in my life, Red and her crew brought kindness, compassion, and clarity. On the morning they arrived, I had woken up with a fever and was laid out on the bed, sweating, too weak to move. What could have been chaos went smoothly and calmly. Even though I was in and out of consciousness, (I was so, so sick), Red and the team managed to pack up my entire life, keeping my daughter's things and my things separate and maintaining a cheerful, upbeat attitude throughout. Sometimes you get an angel in your life. Red is one of those people. The next time I have to move I'm going to hire her again, because I will want her special brand of calm and compassion. read more

I contacted SF Pack Attack to help me finish packing my one bedroom apartment last fall. I hadn't moved in 12 years and the amount of stuff to pack was overwhelming me physically and mentally. I opted to order the packing supplies myself and Red provided a list of what they would need. The team showed up right on time and were done about 4 hours later. All of my belongings made it to my new place intact. Could not be more pleased!!! read more

Red and her team were wonderful to work with! Red is incredibly responsive and helped me figure out what packaging I needed. The team packed so quickly, efficiently, and with tons of care. I breathed a huge sigh of relief the moment they got to my apartment because moving can be stressful and they made it so easy for us. 100% recommend their services! read more

Amazing service, very organized and efficient. A group of lovely people to have in the house.

SF Pack Attack is THE EPIC PACKING RESOURCE. Owner Red Lee is reliable, warm, professional, organized, and a ton of fun. SFPA packed up my home in a hurry 7 years ago, during a stressful Ellis Act Eviction. Red also was available to help with my unpacking. 7 years later, I hired Red again. We had an initial consultation, in which I sent a video of my home to enable Red to provide a quote. Red ordered supplies for me and led his team, Martha and Michael to efficiently and carefully pack my home. They were a pleasure to have around, and beat the time quoted by 1/2 day! I was leaving a home with a mouse infestation, and they were willing to take extra steps to ensure no pests would get into my boxes. I also have lots of fragile china and glassware, artwork and precious belongings. I am 75% unpacked, and every item arrived in tact and perfectly packed. I recommend SF PACK ATTACK 10/10. Please support this amazing SF business and incredible team. read more

We had so many boxes and no idea where to start. Red & crew came in and took care of everything in a timely manner and on short notice. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely use them for our next move! read more

We had Red, Michael, and Martha out to help us pack up our 2 bedroom apartment in the city so that it could be loaded in a POD for ~2 months while we went on a cross-country RV trip. They did a great job and man did they move quick! Red initially thought it might be a 4 day job but they knocked it out in 2. Since they could book the other two days with other customers, we were not charged anything for them. They were nice and fun to talk to. Moving sucks and nice people that help you out make the process so much better. Definitely snag Pack Attack for your next move. read more

It's been a while since my last yelp review- however top quality customer service is such a rare gem these days that I have to recognize and recommend when I come across such. Red and Lucas literally saved me from what started as my move from hell- (seriously the most rude useless movers, carelessly dumping my furniture into my apartment all over the place, even refused to reassemble my bed) my new sanctuary was a landfill chaotic mess of my belongings and I was left feeling helpless on the verge of a mental breakdown. I knew it would take professionals to tackle this disaster, and after calling around I took a chance with the first company that got back to me. And I lucked out. Red and Lucas are an amazing team. Extremely efficient, experienced, invested in what they do.. and in just 2 hours managed to make my new apartment actually feel like a home. Worth every cent. read more

Got a 4 hour pack and purge with Red and Lucas this past weekend, focusing on our garage but including some work upstairs as well. They were great. Super efficient, came on time and did what they said they'd do, and really pleasant to work with. We got tons of work done - certainly much much more than I would have got done on my own. Strongly recommend if you need help packing, purging, or both. A great experience! read more

Yep. You need SF Pack Attack for your next move. Think you can do it yourself? WHY?! They got our entire 1-bedroom apartment packed up (with care!) in under 8 hours. I couldn't believe how amazing it was to come home to everything in boxes. You definitely pay for the privilege, but to me, it was WELL worth it! read more

I've had Red and her crew of friendly and extremely strong women pack up my home twice now in the past 4 years. This last time around, I also used them to help me unpack in my new location. Overall, I would say that Pack Attack are the best packers around. I truly felt that they cared about my most precious items, my art, and that I didn't need to worry about a thing. A couple of glasses and maybe a vase ended up getting broken while they were unpacking, but I really think that stuff just happens sometimes. I own a large amount of fragile items, and really 99.9% of my belongings were in perfect condition because of how well they were packed in the first place. Red and her crew are curtious, caring, hard working, and efficient. I will definitely be using their services in the future, and I would recommend them to any of my closest friends, family members, and clients.=) read more

Red and a couple of her helpers came to help me rearrange the furniture in my guest room. They also helped me clean up and organize the room and throw away a ton of stuff as well as donate clothes and other stuff. Red is great to deal with and keeps things moving along. I was completely overwhelmed and she came in, took control and we got so much done in just a few hours. The next time i need to organize a room I'll call Red for sure. read more

My family had to move quickly with a small child, and Red was literally the person that made it happen. She was really smart in her advice in preparing the move, coordinated the box order at cost, and got the work done efficiently and effectively, so that unpacking was as easy as it's ever been thanks to their color-coding system (I didn't use pack attack for unpacking, because I moved out of the bay area -- I used movers to unpack us, and boy was that a waste of money...). I also had a lot of fragile art to pack and Red brought her specialist with her, so that everything arrived in perfect condition. They really know how to think inside and outside the box, so to speak. Red helped me feel confident, relaxed and even made me laugh during this stressful time. I highly recommend her and her team. read more

Let me add my voice to the chorus of praise for Red and her crew. She managed all the estimating via email and videos, and nailed the time, # of people needed, and # of boxes.I will never again pack my own stuff. Highly recommended. read more

We had a fantastic experience working with Red and the team. They told us exactly the packing materials we need to purchase; they arrived right on time; and they were extremely professional and efficient. The full contents of our 1-BR were thoughtfully packed, labeled, and color-coded, so that it will be very easy for us to unpack after a cross-country the other side. And they seemed to take extra care in their packing approach, given that we're moving across the country. We recommend the team highly! read more

Red and crew helped me pack up my apartment recently. I have so many books and artwork...and just so much STUFF! The job seemed so overwhelming to me, but SF Pack Attack came in - they were so organized, everyone is so friendly and helpful. And they work so fast!! Everything has been unpacked now - so I know just how good a job they did. Everything arrived unbroken and organized. I have moved a few times in my life, and I have never before paid to have someone help me pack until now - and I am so glad I did!! read more

I contacted Red from a referral. I needed help with crating a large aquarium and stand in preparation for moving. I found Red very professional and extremely helpful. Red was very responsive and got back to me promptly with answers to all my questions. Also, I could tell that she really wanted to help with my problem, even before I had committed to being her client. Ultimately, Red helped me solve my packing and crating issues. I will mos def contact Red and Pack Attack for all my future packing needs! read more

Wow!! That's all I can say!!! I am sitting in my empty house, except for neatly stacked and organized boxes in each room, realizing how grateful I am for Red and her team. And for how smart I can be sometimes ;). This was money well-spent! I could never have done all that work and still have the energy and focus to deal with all the other details of moving my family. Red took charge of the chaos, had great advice, was really knowledgeable, and saved me from exhaustion. She estimated the work really well. You can tell she's experienced! She had great advice, was really friendly and easy to talk to, resourceful, sympathetic, hardworking, and took such great care with all our personal things and delicate antiques. Just wish I'd discovered Red sooner, when I was organizing my office. read more

I emailed Red in bit of a panic 2 days before i was due to move house - had been totally overly ambitious in thinking i would be able to get a lot more packing done despite having 2 young kids at home! Was very lucky that she was able to fit me in last minute and she came with 2 other ladies to pack up a lot of my stuff (esp kitchen stuff!) on a Saturday morning. They did a good job, were efficient, thoughtful. The only thing I would say was that they overestimated the amount of tape i needed to buy so i ended up with 10 rolls of excess tape :-) But overall, a great experience, Red is very responsive and prompt and they were a lifesaver during this move! read more

Red and her wonderful crew of women helped our family move several months ago, and I am still gushing about them to everyone I know. They packed up everything in our house with great care and attention to detail and then unpacked after our move. The packing is wonderful - they accomplished in one day what would have taken me weeks to get done - but it is during the unpacking that this group will wow you. They fanned out across the house, finding places for things, organizing closets, making beds, setting out pictures, and trying to make each room as finished as it could be. One woman spent an entire morning arranging a playroom for my toddler, organizing his toys and books so that he could find them. It was a pleasure to have them in the house - like having a group of your favorite female relatives flown in just to help you - and I was sad to see them go. The service was expensive but worth every single penny. Moving is chaotic and tiring - Red and her crew made everything go smoothly. read more

Red and her packing partner Sarah were phenomenal! I hired them to pack up my kitchen. Having lived in my place for 16 years and especially since my partner moved in with me 2 years ago, my kitchen has been turned into a chef's dream...and with that comes a LOT of platters, pots and pans, utensils, appliances etc, etc. My head was spinning at the thought of packing everything up. A friend of mine highly recommended SF Pack Attack and I'm soooo glad she did. They are fast and efficient, friendly and courteous and they even consoled me when I got a little verklempt upon seeing my kitchen go from being the heart of my home for so many years to seeing it empty. I couldn't have done it without you! Thank you SF Pack Attack! I will hire you again in a heartbeat! read more

At this point in my life, I am SO done with packing and moving myself. However, I am a bit of a neat freak and I like my stuff not just packed carefully but in way that makes sense and makes for quick and easy unpacking. For this particular move, unpacking quickly was especially important because we rented shipping crates instead of cardboard boxes so since they were picking up the crates a few days after the move, we couldn't dilly-dally. Red and crew packed up my house exactly the way I would have packed it in about a tenth of the time and we were able to unpack easily in plenty of time to return the crates. As a bonus, when I needed a washer and dryer moved and needed someone reliable, professional and available quickly, Red made an excellent recommendation. SF Pack Attach is worth every freaking penny. read more

Red and her partner were everything they promised to be and more. I am so grateful I decided to invest in getting help with my cross country move. I am also grateful to the other yelp reviewers who helped me find SF Pack Attack. Red is so professional, and I felt completely at ease with her. As a fellow small business owner, I greatly admire and appreciate when other SB owners take such care with their work. Thanks so much, Red! read more

Imagine your most responsible, kind and efficient friends coming over to help you pack up your entire home. It's not a dream! Red and her team were amazing. Incredibly diligent, meticulous and caring. They worked non-stop from 8am until 3pm and pretty much packed up my entire apartment. I have a baby so that makes me pretty inefficient. These ladies didn't lose their cool, they were totally non-judgemental about my mess and the price was totally reasonable. Thank you SF Pack Attack! read more

Red and her team are great. She was very easy to deal with over email (I was out of the country and not reachable by phone). She coordinated packing supply delivery (by Warren, who is also great), and they were quite efficient in splitting up the work and following our guidance for what to pack and how to label boxes. We ended up with too many packing supplies left over, but that's a better problem than the alternative! read more

Thank you Red and Nancy for making my life so much easier. Red and her team were just amazing. They came to my house and within 4-hours packed up my entire sublet. Out of nowhere I had to move to New York for career reasons. I had no time to pack, move, deal, etc. So I went to Craig's List and found SF Pack Attack. I contacted them and very quickly received a response and booked an appointment. In 3 hours one morning, all of the loose items in my place, (glassware, kitchen items, books, computer, desk supplies, picture frames, clothes) were completely packed up very professionally and labeled with specific details on the contents. They eliminated a ton of stress and helped me save a lot of time. They were all very friendly, very efficient, and very easy to work with. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. read more

So, last week it finally hit me -- the storage pod is arriving in a week and I've made a minor dent in packing up. Cue a bit of panic and a google search -- Enter SF Pack Attack. Red and her mighty Pack Attack worked wonders for me. They worked hard and effectively to pack & unpack a lot of my "stuff" out of one, then into another very small apartment. They were prompt, efficient and very pleasant. Great attitude ... great job. They took much of the stress out of the move process. read more

My recent move happened terrifyingly fast - blah blah San Francisco rentals, signed a lease on a new place as soon as I saw it, etc... and I was panicking about how I'd pack and move in the 10 days I had available. Enter Red, who was calm, patient and professional throughout. She and her team did an incredible, careful job of packing up everything in my apartment, labelling each box extensively with its contents and color-coding everything by room, which has helped to make unpacking super-easy. She also referred me to the best movers I've ever had. Thanks to SF Pack Attack, this was the least stressful move I've ever had (despite various screw-ups by the building management at my new apartment).
