I have worked with Miss Clutter twice now, and I cannot speak highly enough of Danielle and the team. Having my kitchen organized was life changing and systems they put in place were easy enough that we are still keeping up with them five years later. Recently, Miss Clutter cleaned and organized my sons' rooms, including moving toys from one room to another to create more play space and re-doing closet spaces and bookshelves. I was speechless when I saw the results, and both boys love their "new" rooms. Miss Clutter and her team truly work magic! read more

UPDATE: Literally as I posted this review, I got a call from Danielle. She offered me a discount for the disappointment or her time and expertise for the systems I need in place. I am floored by her customer service and true desire to deliver for her clients. I stand by my experience, but stand by even more by Danielle's desire to deliver to her clients. *** Miss Clutter sends hard-working people to your home to organize things. I was a bit disappointed by the experience, because what I truly needed were systems put in place better than what I already had in place. The lead organizer did suggest a wonderful fix for an issue I had, so I appreciated and was grateful for her thoughts on the kids' art corner. Really grateful fix with furniture I already had in the home. Wonderful win! But I didn't get any other suggestions or any issue-spotting from the lead, nor suggestions on how to improve flow in the home. I suppose my own experience with other declutter businesses--like House of Love with Colleen Collins--outshined this one because I am a tired mom who needs someone to lend their mental energy to figure things out for me: how to better organize the kids' clothes, how to create flow for my own clothes and how to create a more peaceful office. Instead, I found myself directing the helpers on what I wanted because they did not have much to add in terms of solutions or issue-spotting. Even in terms of decluttering, when I asked whether I should get rid of a particular item, the answer was "It is up to you." I know it is up to me, but o need your help. That is why I'm spending thousands of dollars on help: because I am tired and need your advice and help to declutter, and see if I have issues in my home. Danielle said she could see several issues in my home based on the videos I sent her, but I didn't really get any advice on those issues. I suppose that is why it is really helpful having Danielle's input, but she never made it. She said she was going to stop by, but was unable to. I texted her afterwards, and she sent me some entryway products, but that was the extent of her input. Another pain point was when I needed to declutter the kid bookshelf. The lead suggested I look through it and see what I wanted to get rid of. I had to ask her to remove all the books so that I could go through them one by one, then have them put them back. I know it was the end of the day, but we had at least 30 minutes and I was surprised that I had to request them to remove the items. It's hard to declutter a bookshelf when the books are stacked on the shelf. There were other examples of how I had to ask them to remove all the items so I can make decluttering choices. They did not ask whether I had other kid books/clothes/items in any part of the house, so there might have been items that missed review. As long as you come into the situation knowing that it might just be people organizing, you'll have a great experience. They make everything look beautiful and clean. I'm a mom of two kids, so the places that only saw things folded and put back will sadly last for a couple of weeks only, but if that is your aim, then you've found the right business. I hate to write a review like this, because the three people worked SO HARD and were so kind. But I felt like I was sold on one product and given another for the same expensive price tag. read more

Not to be dramatic but Miss Clutter is life changing! I needed help with my living space because it was cluttered with toys and books and no matter how hard we tried we couldn't keep it organized (we have a 3 and 5 year old) We tried to organize ourselves but it didn't work so I was curious when I discovered Miss Clutter because in my mind I was thinking "what can they do differently" And they exceeded my expectations and it's like they are magic! The first step was Danielle came to our home for the initial assessment which was helpful and so worth the additional cost because she helped us brainstorm so we could get ready for they came for the actual declutter and organization. She just has the eye for where things can go and how to reuse what you have to make it work. She says she's not an interior designer but she does appreciate "eye candy" so to me that's all I want. After meeting with her I knew we wanted to use her and her company to help! Also side note- Danielle is just the sweetest person and when I met her I just felt like she was an old friend that I hadn't seen in a long time, you'll love her! The second step was she gave us a wishlist and we ordered things so it would be here and ready! Danielle was awesome with giving different suggestions for bins ect so that it would match the aesthetic needs I was looking for. She also brought things from the container store on the actual day of the decluttering. The third step was the actual process of cluttering and organizing ! We had Fernanda and Klara come and they were nothing short of spectacular! They were so friendly and kind and loved my kids and dog! They are both hard workers and I know we'll use miss clutter again in the future and I want both of them to come to my home! They were efficient and so organized and had great ideas for items I didn't quite have places for. After the whole process was completed my kids have been able to put things back where they are supposed to go and my living room is not a mess anymore and it honestly feels like a miracle! I can't thank Miss clutter and the whole team enough! I will be using them again in the future and if my husband gifted me miss clutter for a birthday-anniversary I would be thrilled because an organized house = organized mind set = happy wife = happy life read more

The best use of money I could imagine. I finally feel at peace in my home. My office is organized and I can work calmly. Honestly, I worried when I showed them stacks upon stacks of papers they would get scared, but they didn't flinch. The girls were effective and immediately jumped in to sorting and creating systems. I was thrilled to finally have an organized space to work. That being said, it was very very expensive. If it weren't for that, I would hire them weekly to keep my home looking tidy and give my mind a break. I'm a very satisfied customer and I will definitely be back. read more

Miss Clutter and her team were absolutely superb. They transformed my space into something I had been needing for a long time but didn't quite know how to achieve on my own. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful about every detail. Walking into my home now, I feel such a deep sense of peace and relief. The clutter that once felt overwhelming is gone, and everything has a place. It's more than just an organized space -- it's a complete mental reset. I'm so grateful for their care, dedication, and expertise. I highly recommend Miss Clutter to anyone ready to feel calm and refreshed in their own home. read more

Incredible service and professionalism! Highly recommend. We used miss clutter for move in!

They were fantastic and really helped me with my move. They organized everything into piles and had me pick what to keep, throw out and donate. It made a stressful day a lot less stressful. read more

Ever since having kids, keeping our house in order has felt like a never-ending battle. I've spent so much time and effort developing systems to stay organized, but clutter always seemed to creep back in. I finally decided to look for help and came across Miss Clutter on Yelp. From the very beginning, she impressed me with her responsiveness and empathy -- as a mom herself, she truly understood what I was going through. She personally came to our house for a walkthrough and gave a clear, thoughtful estimate of the time and team size needed for each space. We then scheduled several appointments, each with 3-4 amazing team members who worked for about 8 hours. They were incredibly detail-oriented -- pulling everything out, organizing it, laying it all out for us to review, and helping us make decisions on what to keep. Afterwards, they neatly reorganized everything in a way that actually makes sense for how we live. One of the most impactful changes was to our kids' clothing drawers. What used to be a chaotic pile of clothes is now neatly folded and displayed so we can see everything at a glance -- it has made getting ready in the morning so much easier. This whole process has been a huge relief and has genuinely lifted a burden off my shoulders. I can't recommend Miss Clutter enough to anyone struggling to stay on top of household organization, or just in need of extra help and manpower. She and her team are worth every penny. read more

Danielle gave me a call back immediately and was very helpful. She seems to be running a very strong business.

Danielle & her crew (Maisy, Courtney, & Laura) did a fantastic job of coming to my rescue when I needed my garage decluttered on short notice. We plan to install an elevator/lift in our home. It will start in the garage and ascend to the living room. I've always had floor-to-ceiling industrial shelving units lining the perimeter of the garage and they stored a tremendous amount of stuff. But now, we needed to remove 3 shelving units (15 shelves) to make room for the elevator, which meant a drastic reduction in what we owned. We've lived here for 40 years, though and I was excited to reduce what was stored there. I needed everything done fast, so I hired Danielle & team to help me with the process. This is what a team of three (plus me) accomplished in five hours! We also hired a hauler to take things to the dump and we donated a significant amount of valuable items to charity. It was a fabulous, quick-paced experience. I loved every minute of it. read more

Danielle, Fernanda and company were wonderful. They showed up on time, listened and were very professional. When we moved in we just opened and emptied boxes where there was space with little organization. Miss Clutter took everything out, put things in the right rooms, and completely reorganized the downstairs. While they are not the cheapest service out there, they were great and I would not hesitate to hire them again. read more

I rarely write reviews--whether good or bad--unless the service is so impactful that I cannot keep silent, as I feel deceived. Miss Clutter Organizing "earned" that distinction on May 13, and their poor work is still influencing me as I write this on moving day, May 18. My husband and I hired the company to organize a single "clothing room" before our move. The instructions were clear: pull every garment from drawers and closets, sort by type, and leave neat piles ready for boxing. Danielle, the owner, quoted just under a thousand dollars for two organizers--Nora and Anne-Marie--to work for six hours. I accepted the price because I thought their expertise would give us peace of mind during an already hectic week. And I had to work in the living room, typing restlessly. From 9:00 to 10:40 a.m., the organizers hung shirts, refolded jeans, and chatted about a friend named Ellie. Then, they wasted nearly twenty minutes moving their car instead of using the free guest spaces. Lunch was at noon, a forty-minute break that turned out to be billable time. By early afternoon, I noticed an unopened closet (which is THE ONLY CLOSET in the room) in the eight-by-ten room. "Oh, we didn't know there was more!" they said, claiming their boss had told them simply to "put clothes in boxes." Boxes, mind you, that weren't even on-site yet. Why did they not confirm this again? No. Why did they not listen to my instructions in the first place? My husband even made a joke by saying "my wife (me) is the boss and there are her clothes. So follow what she says." "Every garment from the drawers and closets has to be out to categorize." I still do not know what made them misunderstand this one clear sentence. Their lack of communication and disqualification made me doubt their business's identity. When professionals encounter confusion, they pause, clarify, and adjust. Instead, I received courteous nods and the refrain "Now I understand," even as evidence mounted that they didn't grasp the task at hand. Halfway through the session, I abandoned the clothing project (THE PRIMARY REASON I HIRED THEM) altogether and redirected them to sorting stationery and chargers--tasks simple enough to salvage whatever time was left. The entire experience lingers to create unsettling introspection: Was my English suddenly failing me? (Unlikely, considering I teach in English every day.) Despite their friendly demeanor, their sluggishness and lack of initiative made me feel like I was overseeing hobbyists rather than professionals. At their rates, I expected a strategic plan and one output--Clothes Organization; instead, I felt as if I were supervising hobbyists. Because large sections of the job were left unfinished, I spent my moving day redoing work I had already paid for. Furthermore, the quote never mentioned that lunch breaks were billable. Nor was it clear that overtime depended on the organizers' personal schedules ("I have to pick up my kids"). WHY DOES THIS MATTER? This hidden fee gives significant advantages to their service over others when customers shop around to compare the service. So here I am, on the very morning when the movers are carrying boxes out the door, redoing work I thought I had paid US$1000 for professionals to complete. For nearly a thousand dollars, I received an unfinished clothing sort, added stress, and the lesson that "professional organizer" can sometimes mean "extra pair of hands that I have to direct." If I am desperate for this service to save time and make a living, I will challenge the cost vigorously. Ergo, If you're willing to supervise every minute and provide detailed instructions repeatedly, Miss Clutter might suffice. However, if you expect a team to assess a space, develop a strategy, and leave it genuinely organized, I suggest looking elsewhere. I hope my experience spares someone else from the time, money, and frustration I faced. read more

Danielle and her team, Nora, Laura, and Kelly did a great job organizing the Sunday school rooms at my church. She was flexible, responsive, knowledgeable in knowing how long the task would take and how many people we would need based on the pictures. The team worked well together and got everything organized efficiently. They categorized everything and brought me in to edit. They dropped off things at the donation center for me! Really appreciate their work and how they made the whole process so easy. read more

Danielle and her team are ONE THOUSAND PERCENT AMAZING! I first hired them to organize my house. I am reasonably organized, but I have a busy schedule and had reached a point where the entire house felt like a topsy turvy romper room. Danielle and her team did my kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and all my closets. I definitely had moments where I felt a little embarrassed (How many self help books does one girl need???), Several moments where I burst into tears (finding where you hid your divorce papers 5 years ago is just. No. Fun!) but her team was so warm and kind and authentic, I quickly realized I could just be me! There were so many things I loved about working with Miss Clutter. I can't possibly list them all, here is a partial list: -Miss Clutter won't make you buy a load of organization containers until it's clear you actually need them! Yes, I did end up grabbing some items from the container store, but in many cases the Miss Clutter team used what I already owned--things I had not considered could be used! An African woven basket turned out to be perfect for bathroom towels, my deceased dogs food bowls, which I could not bear to throw away, were re-purposed as planters, and on and on. -The entire team is, first and foremost, KIND. I have a really insane amount of cookbooks and art books, and no one once pressured me to get rid of these things that I cherished. We DID get rid of things that I owned an insane amount of (Would you believe I owned 48 canvas tote bags?? NOT NECESSARY). -Miss clutter is clever! My biggest clothing category is jeans, and I even after ditching a few pairs, they still would not fit in my dresser. Danielle had a clever idea to give them their own hanging bar in my closet--getting dressed is so much easier now! -I probably saw the biggest difference when I got home from a trip. I travel a lot, and usually when I get back my suitcase sits in the middle of the living room for daaaaaays getting grosser and grosser as I pull individual items out of it as I need them. The first trip after my Miss Clutter experience I got myself unpacked within 10 minutes of getting home. How??? Every item had a dedicated place! I have since hired Miss Clutter to do the remainder of my house and my garage. Just yesterday, the team completed my photography studio --no easy job! My storage room looks amazing now!!!! read more

The entire team at Miss Clutter is world-class. Each step is designed to make the process as efficient and effective as possible. I have to give special credit to the team for their emotional awareness and support as my wife and I had to sort and let go of items from loved ones that passed away. We were avoiding this for years, and their support helped us get through everything in just a few days. We were so happy with their work that we ended up booking with them to organize and optimize our entire home. This is the best value for money investment I could imagine. Thank you to the entire team for the incredible positive impact you've had on our lives, and for empowering us with the organizational systems to keep our home clutter free for years to come! read more

Danielle, Nora and the team were fantastic. My kids toys are now fully organized (pieces that I never thought we would find are in the right places). They did such a great job on the family room and bathrooms that I had them come back to do my garage which was almost impossible to walk through. It is now perfectly organized and looks so open. Even my husband has been raving about how organizing and clean everything is. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Miss Clutter and team. I was at a loss of how to turn our storage room into my new home office. It was "organized chaos" and knew that I need professional help! I reached out to the owner, Danielle and she got back to me right away. We discussed what I needed help with and she made me feel so at peace and confident that they could handle the job! They completely surprised us on how thorough and meticulous they were about organizing. It wasn't just moving clutter around, they went through every single item we had in our storage unit and guided us through to decide what to keep, donate, or trash/recycle. Our project manager M and team were such a delight to work with, they turned other stressful situation into a fun one and the outcome was a masterpiece! I looked for a long time to find an organization team that would come to my area. I'm so thankful to have found Miss Clutter and her team. Starting with my guest room - which looked like a hoarder's dream - they carefully took out every item and categorized everything. I almost cried tears of joy with the outcome. Since then they have helped with my son's room, nursery, bathrooms, and hall closets. After my home, I had them help at my business. I love Danielle and her team! They have made our whole space feel lighter and easier to use. We recently had a baby and since we are limited on space, we just shoved his things anywhere we could find room. It created a lot of stress and put a lot of additional work on my shoulders since I was the only person who knew where everything went (to be fair, there was really no rhyme or reason!). As much as I love organizing, I'm a tired mom of an active toddler with limited closet space. I decided I wanted help to rapidly burn down years of backlog, so I can free up some mental load. I'd been looking for a professional organizer for months but hesitated on contacting any of my prospects. However, once I saw Miss Clutter's work on Instagram, it took me only 10 seconds to call them. I knew this is the vibe I wanted. I'm happy I did. I had specific goals in mind (organize my disaster of a master bedroom) and they surpassed my expectations, even making time for my office clutter and kitchen pantry. Being an organizing enthusiast, I'm specific about how I want something organized and they accommodated that so generously. The team is a wonderful bunch, the friendliest you'll ever meet who also happen to be well-seasoned professionals. Each individual had their own strengths and they divided up the work based on that. They also work effectively together. They were also an encouraging, cheerful, and calm presence to my frenetic self, which made it all the more a pleasant process for me. Thank you, Danielle, Mayse, Kellye, Courtney, and company! read more

Over the years I've had clutter accumulate in my home. If outer order brings inner peace, it was getting harder and harder for me to feel peaceful in my own space. Danielle and her team helped me to quickly organize and tame the clutter, and get my entire home into a state of tidy organization. The biggest benefit of this was my peace of mind. It's just so much more lovely to be in my own home with it like this. After getting to a state of tidiness, it's been much easier for me to keep it that way. She then sent me lots of options via email and ordered everything we selected. Her team, Kylie, Amanda and Gemma were truly amazing--so friendly, detail oriented and talented. we had just moved into our new home and they unpacked/organized our garage and kitchen in a way that was intuitive and sensical.
