Where do I start? During the process of a nightmare move with escrow problems not to mention a moving and storage company cancelling a long held reservation three days before delivery of a portable storage unit, I was woefully behind packing in time fo a reputable mover to move my large household items. Reading Yelp reviews, I took a shot in the dark and called Gina. Based on what had been negative par for the course during this relocation process, I wasn't expecting much more than the "basic" of what you get lately. I thought I would try the service for the minimum expecting to be disappointed. HOWEVER, what I got in Gina renewed my faith for some providers in the service industry. She made time in her schedule for my next-to-no-notice needs and then she showed up AND she delivered beyond even the highest expectations. Her energy and work ethic is incredible! She got more packed in a shorter time than I thought imaginable. And she was not only energetic, but a nice person to deal with. She kept impeccable track of her time to ensure I was being charged fairly. I saw that Gina saved the day and asked if she had any time to squeeze me in or if she had cancellations to come back and assist me further. She did and my nightmare appears to have passed.
