Jon and his team were efficient, thorough and pleasant to work with. They finished the job one day earlier than quoted. I would definitely hire them again! read more

Fantastic. Look no further! Responsible, respectful and reliable! They were an amazing crew

I've personally had an exceptional experience with Jon and Hauler. Even when there was a lot of back and forth from my end, it was addressed promptly and I was treated with a great deal of respect and it was a pleasure. Given my personal experience, I would highly recommend Hauler! read more

These guys are the greatest! Super solid crew, reliable, honest and prompt! I would use them again. And again.

Had a small job and needed a price asap and Hauler accommodated the tight schedule I had. Hauler is great and I cant Thank him enough! read more

Totally professional, super clear communicators. These folks showed up right on time, checked out our pile and vanished it away! Better experience than with Junk King who we used earlier in the week, plus they're local! 10/10 A+++ we will definitely use them again! read more

I found Hauler a little more than a year ago while surfing the internet needing a hauler and they have been the best! After using them the first couple of times we no longer use other haulers. As a property manager they are the easist to work with, they show up ready to go and I have zero complaints after MULTIPLE times utilizing their services. And their rates are more than fair. read more

Just an update to re-attest how great Hauler is. I've used them many times over the past few years, and every time they remain the best. Seriously the nicest crew, the owner Jon is fantastic, and the prices are beyond fair. They did a pick-up today, and one of the guys who has been to my house more than a few times was super kind and deserves a special shout out! Use Hauler, and tip big. They are worth it! read more

The real deal. Loves what he does and does what he loves. Olivia and his staff are fun and accommodating. It's truly a culture of part love for junk, part recycling, part flea market, part paying things forward and part really smart marketing. All is in an effort to please and listen to the customer who just has extra stuff to unload, sometimes in an emotional setting, with some sentimentality and letting go of a past life lived attached. read more

This co helped today with removing items from my house. We added extra items and they were accommodating and professional and friendly. We really appreciated your help!! read more

I called Jon for a haul and a couple days later the team arrived and took away a sleeper sofa, a grill and a outside table. Everything was done quickly and professionally. It's my second time to call Hauler and I will definitely call them again. read more

Hauler was great, the perfect blend of professional and easy to talk to and work with. Just what we needed to clear out mountains of junk from our basement. read more

I was on a tight schedule for a small but important job to be done and a contract in place with another company when that company canceled the day before the job was to be done In a panic I asked around and was given the number for Hauler! I phoned, explained the situation, asked if they could do the job and do it on such short notice in order to keep the original schedule. Yep. Reckoned they could. Everything unfolded beautifully. Their 3-man team showed up on time, dismantled the furniture at one place, transported it to another location, reassembled there, and then carted away the old furniture. All professionally done with skill, courtesy and good spirits. They did a splendid job. I am well pleased and happy to give them high marks. Blazin read more

Hauler came through! We needed 8 pieces of furniture brought down an incredibly steep set of stairs. John was so skilled with maneuvering each piece down and loading it on his truck. He helped us to decide what to purge and what to keep which we deeply appreciated; moving can be emotional and such counsel is a gift. He kept us in the loop about arrival time and met us with little to no notice. He went above and beyond and therefore we recommend Hauler services to anyone in SF who needs furniture brought to storage and the remaining items brought to the dump. Hauler was efficient and reliable. We appreciated how generous he was as well with his guidance through the whole process. read more

Hauler - Hauler!! - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

An A+ experience all-around starting with my initial phone call and texts with Jon the CEO. Anthony provided excellent communication en route. On-site, Anthony and Jesús were courteous, friendly, helpful and respectful of the property. They first removed some run-of-the-mill house junk for me, and then went above and beyond to unearth yard junk from under the soil and leaves. They told me how some of this would be donated -- stuff I wasn't even expecting to be :-) And then they carried a 1962 CRT TV / photograph / radio Magnavox console that weighed goodness-knows-how- much down a flight of stairs after clearing my cluttered mess to create a path. It was a sentimental item (much dancing fun was had with it at my grandparents' parties) and the guys handled it with care and the hopes of giving it another life. Thanks so much guys!!! I'll definitely be using Hauler! SF again! read more

Jon and crew are THE best. Great guys, super kind, and do everything they can to not contribute to the landfills. I've worked with them multiple times for residential hauls and they never disappoint. Also, the hauling trucks are amazing; so creative! I mean, for the name alone...why wouldn't you use them?? read more

Hauler - Two of their awesomely artistic trucks - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Above and beyond customer service. Timely quote. Very reasonable prices. I reached out to give kudos and the owner, Jon responded. This is what I look for in a company. That personal touch that keeps clients coming back! Well done!! read more

Imagine if you will, your ideal hauling situation: *great communication about what you want hauled and arranging scheduling *hauling person shows up on time *hauling person is just as super nice in person as in the earlier communication *hauling is done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently *hauling is reasonably priced *you can't believe it went so well This is what happened with us with Jon and his assistant from Hauler. The only stressful part for us was just us figuring out what exactly we wanted to dispose of but once we contacted Jon, it was nothing but ease and relief. Can't wait to do it again! read more

Great service! Very quick to respond and professional. We inherited a home which had so much junk. They were very quick and polite. Loaded all the junk and left. Professional and curtious. Highly recommend! read more

Awesome group of guys! If you have some stuff to get hauled, then they are folks to call. Nice, efficient and very reasonably priced. They made the messy task of taking aways my jumble of old furniture and lawn nik-nacks a very pleasant experience. Also good to know they have a $100 minimum.... Support small business owners! read more

Great! Seamless process! I saw their truck parked with a very fun logo and name, so when I had to get rid of some junk I thought to reach out to them. I sent them a message, got it scheduled in, they came and grabbed all the junk. Also very reasonably priced. read more

I love using Hauler! As a Realtor, I often find myself in need of hauling services, and Hauler! is our go-to company. They are very hard-working, upbeat, positive (especially in the face of gross hauling jobs), prompt, and very well priced. I know that we can rely upon them 100% and that they will treat us with respect. Thanks, Hauler! read more

I used Jon and his crew on many occasions while in San Francisco and each time the professionalism and care they showed from moving an entire victorian homes content across town to transporting rare furniture to hauling off trash from an abandoned property were all done seamlessly and with the same level of thoughtfulness. Jon was always the first one I would call or refer to clients when something needed to be moved. They are not only nice to work with, they know what they're doing and they do it well! read more

I originally gave this company a 1 star review because they were 2.5 hours late to our scheduled pick up, and they were not answering any of our calls or text messages. What happened was, I took off of work to be home to help with the haulers. They scheduled it for 9am but they did not arrive until almost noon. We found out that the owner Jon messed up the scheduling. However, when the haulers finally arrived, Isaiah and Milan, they were very friendly and very apologetic. They felt so bad and embarrassed that I was convinced it was not their fault for being late. To accommodate my time, they took $100 off of our quoted price of $250. I was very pleased with their willingness to take responsibility for being late. I also received a call and text message from the owner directly, apologizing for the inconvenience. True sign of exceptional customer service. I am however taking away one star because they definitely need to organize their scheduling a lot better. The haulers informed me that this was not the first time scheduling has gotten messed up. I am also taking away the star because the haulers could not accept card (even though they proudly stated they accepted cards on their voicemail and on their website). The manager/owner is the only person with a card swiper, so if he specifically is not on site, your only option is check or cash. Thank goodness I knew where my boyfriend kept his checks ;) read more

Jon and his team are super competent, professional and always pleasurable to work with. Thank you, Jon for your good humor and love of your work. Will always go to first for hauling and tough jobs! read more

My wife and I walked in to Mixed Nuts on Balboa on the way to see a movie and one of the owners let us know that they also have a hauling/moving company called "Hauler!" We live in a cooperative house and have been working on improving our backyard from astroturf-cedar mulch-concrete block wasteland to permaculture paradise, and today John and Tom came by to move a bunch of waste for us. They were friendly, hardworking, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them. We really like the fact that we could support a local small business, and they did a great job of moving organic and inorganic waste through our house without leaving any mess at all. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help our vision for our back yard garden come true. On top of that, they were awesome guys. Many thanks. read more

HAULER-I used them beginning of September to do a major job three stories including the backyard where the wild berries were larger than the shed. The price was unbeatable the quality of his work was excellent. John & Team were very professional and his helpers; Mike & Isaiah were totally awesome! Extremely Hard working, kind and respectful. The job was done in a timely manner and I highly recommend John & team whenever you need a big, small or any job. Thank you John and you have a great team that works for you and I would definitely use them in the future. S. Wright read more

Gold star service !! very impressed with the service. Jon replies promptly, quotes a price that is very competitive and shows up on time with helpers and gets the job done clean and fast. Jon and his partner were great! They quickly picked up the debri from my backyard and took it away. They were polite, friendly, and efficient... definitely would recommend them! read more

I've used Jon and his guys at Hauler several times now (both for work and home pickups). They show up when they're supposed to and they get the job done w/a helpful attitude. In fact, this most recent pickup at the office was supposed to be handled by a two-man team; well, one of the guys never showed so Kyle had to manage the job solo. He moved 10 large lateral filing cabinets, 8 old desk chairs and a huge wooden desk by himself and in a decent amount of time (we had to do this on a Sunday because of landlord restrictions on moving time during normal business hours). Pricing is reasonable for the service. I will definitely be calling them again! read more

Saw the business information on the side of the truck. Took a risk and called. Glad I did! Arranged a service p/u for the following week. My pile seem to grow as the days went on. Haulers arrived, and were professional, kind and helpful. I live in a 2nd fl SF apartment with 3 sm flights of stairs connecting. They did not fret and came in, assessed then started to load out. Moderately priced, great service, on time and thorough. read more

A rarity ... ultra polite, ultra conscientious, and such very nice guys. John filled his truck to the brim ... not sure that either of us realized that hauling away the stuff in my mom's house would take 5+ hours and 1+ trucks. But he and Nate were very pleasant about it ... and just intent on doing their hauling magic. And charging a very fair price. What a load off my mind ... thank you, Hauler! read more

Very reasonable, prompt, professional and maintains communication. I strongly recommend Jon and his team.

Jon and his team have been a dream to work with for the last two years. His team has always gone the extra mile to ensure our office is extra tidy on a recurring basis. The team is very knowledgable and would always share best practices for all of our hauling and sustainable waste services. I'd highly recommend Hauler for office management services or helping with moving in the city. Five stars well deserved!! read more
